In a way I do check your tires because you are NOT going anywhere without the clarity & confidence required to be unstoppable. 😎🙌

But this is no quick and dirty job- no hacks, no tricks, no generic lists of things like sleep, water, and sunshine.

Even though those are good for you, they do not explain who you are and why on a deep, tangible level that impacts everything from the stalled decision on that big business investment 💰 to what you are having for dinner tonight. 🥘 🤔

It didn’t work.

Trying to be like everyone else- following their plan and repeating their steps.

The same clothes, the same business, the same career, the same schedule, the same car, the same couch, the same date night.

And trust me, I get it- the psychology of fitting in, the false safety, the desire to be accepted, wanting to feel cool.

You know when the coolest I’ve ever felt in my whole life is?

When I knew with clarity, what was right for me and I trusted myself to make the decision and take the action without giving any thought to how someone else would react to it.
- Without being afraid of judgment
- Without comparing first to make sure that my path was in line with the common on.

💛I spent a lot of years trying to fit in, but my happiest years have been knowing who I am and confidently trusting myself.

🥳 Cheers to Another Year of Thriving- Fun, Expansion, Challenge, Comfort, Deep Value, and Love.

I am not perfect but wow am I happy!

I look back on this year and see the sweaty Saturdays celebrating with popsicles on the soccer field where I coached so hard I peed a little (I am not 22 anymore).

I look back and see the continued and intentional choices to build heart fulfilling relationships where I feel seen and where they can call me at 2 am for anything. 😘

I look back and see massive expansion- my confidence continues to grow (remember it’s a skill), my business is on a humbling, phenomenal path, the challenges I have overcome, and the depth of learning has been so impactful.

I look back and see my family growing with me. From international adventures to ice cream cones after school, they are the most special people I get to hang out with and I am so thankful for another year as wife and mom.

My path is just for me and I love it! 🥰 Cheers to the next year of thriving, not just living but confidently thriving in every way.

And cheers to you for being here for me friend. I see you and appreciate you and am here to help you thrive and life the exact life you want- bc my year is proof it is perfectly possible. 💛
