Part 103: Do You…

I mean is there anything else to do! Whatever that other person is doing, obviously isn’t that interesting since they have time to talk about you!

Someone will always have something to say…
Why do you think anything different? Encourage yourself! Stay focused! Keep going!

People want to hold you back because they can’t find the strength to move forward. Naturally you live with your own fears so don’t make room to take on other people’s fears, worries, and feelings. You don’t have capacity for that!

Part 102: Audacity

The use (of audacity) is out of control! Don’t push me to outdo your audacity!

Don’t mess around and find out! 🧘🏽‍♀️

Part 101: what do YOU want

I thought I was sure. The general things pop up that are important however when I wanted to complete this idea on a granular level, I thought about what be best for someone else or how that would make a person feel.

That’s the power in what YOU want. It’s for you! Your thoughts may make you uncomfortable at first because the things don’t feel inclusive. The truth is people who really love you, understand. Not only do they understand but they also want you to have what you want, be who you want, live the way to want.

Get out of your head and list three (3) things you want, unapologetically!

Part 100: Fun

Like most people, we work a lot. I have a lot of fun doing it! High energy! Appreciation for everyone I connect with whether it’s just eye contact or a full conversation.

There are challenges. There are times when it’s hard to crack a smile. I keep moments like these in my heart when I’m not feeling the best. Cheers to a Fun, Light and Balanced Life!

Part 98: Boundaries

People need them but jobs need them too!
Stop letting them overstep!

Is a paycheck worth control of your life? Your family? Your mental health? You?

Start today with one small boundary. It’ll be hard but I know you can do it!
Recognize your worth!

Have a stress-less Day!
