A woman alone has power, a community of women is unstoppable.

I’ve met the most incredible women through pageantry and it has been such a tranformative experience. Together, we are more than just pretty faces, we are women empowering women, lifting each other and using our platforms to make an impact. My journey with Mrs UK World is about more than a crown, it’s about standing alongside phenomenal women and taking the world by storm.

Happy birthday to my Louise. ❤️
If you know me, you probably know that the phrase Thelma & Louise is never far away when these two are together. 😂
But behind all the laughs, pageant adventures and questionable decisions, I’m genuinely so grateful for this woman.
Pageantry has brought some incredible people into my life, and Louise is one of those people who became so much more than a pageant friend.
She’s supported me through pageants, listened when I’ve needed someone to talk to, given me advice, coached me, supported my work and opened doors for me including giving me the opportunity to work with Miss Earth Middlesex. 🌍👑
And sometimes friendship isn’t about having the perfect thing to say. Sometimes it’s just about being there, making someone laugh, getting them out of their own head for a while and reminding them that life is still allowed to be fun. ❤️
I’m incredibly grateful for all the times you’ve shown up for me, Lou.
So today I’m celebrating you your heart, your determination, your friendship and everything you’re building.

Every year, I come back to @missbariatric.official 💜
Not just for the crowns.
Not just for the gowns.
Not just for the beautiful women standing on that stage.
I come back because sometimes I need reminding too.
When I’m tired.
When I start doubting myself.
When I wonder whether I’m good enough.
When the voice in my head tells me to play small, stay quiet or give up…
I remember the women I’ve watched step onto that stage.
Women who have fought through their own battles, found their confidence again, stood in front of a room full of people and said, I am still here. And I am worthy of being seen.
And then I see what happens backstage and after the results, queens supporting queens, finalists celebrating winners, women cheering for one another.
That kind of sisterhood is powerful. 🥹❤️
Because pageantry, at its best, isn’t about being better than another woman.
It’s about becoming more of yourself.
So I leave Miss Bariatric every year with the same reminder:
Don’t give up on the woman you’re becoming.
And this year, that reminder came at exactly the right time.
Because in just a few days, I’ll be stepping onto another stage myself. 👑💗

🎀 confidence
🎀 courage
🎀 sisterhood
resilience
🎀and the decision to keep going, even when I doubt myself.
