Moment of transparency📢 : Lately I sit up on TikTok and other various forms of social media sometimes, and I hear a lot of discourse and commotion going on between hairstylist and clients. I’m more so studying hairstylist-client relations because I am a hairstylist. I’m listening to some of the client complaints to see where I can make little tweaks and improvements to apply to my own business. I want to try to help bridge the gap because we need one another. The clients have spoken, and I’ve been listening. We understand that clients have job obligations and cannot always make an early appointment time during the week so I am now offering a 6:30pm reservation time everyday during the week.
