Recap from our “evening in motion” a candlelit sunday sculpt that felt equal parts grounding + energizing

Soft light, slow burns, deep connection

The kind of night you carry with you long after you leave the mat

thank you for moving with us ✨🤍 more loft sessions coming soon, stay tuned

Over the past year I’ve put a lot of focus into healing my inflammation, gut, and thyroid, and since I use protein powder almost daily, finding one that’s actually clean (no bloat, no inflammation) changed everything for me. I started buying @truvani protein + collagen and never looked back 🤍

Fast forward a little bit and I now get to work with them and share that same nourishment with the girls in my community.
