my absolute favorite poppyseed chicken casserole! We would request this from my mom weekly.

Recipe:
2-4 cans of canned chicken (drain all the juices)
1-2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 whole pint of sour cream
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to your liking (don’t add too much salt, you have a lot in the soup your putting in)
Crush up 3-4 sleeves of ritz crackers-I’ve also used any chip i had in the pantry and even pretzels once-up to you
Layer the crackers on top with poppyseeds spread throughout
Melt a whole stick of butter and pour over top of the casserole for the golden crispness.
Bake on 400 degrees for roughly 25 minutes or until golden brown!

*pro tip: to add more protein use Greek yogurt or cottage cheese instead of sour cream or even portion the sour cream down and add one of the two as the second portion of the pint. I’ve added all three before and it was great as well. I alter all my recipes based on what’s in my fridge and what my goals are for the meal!

YUM-I’d be back for seconds too. by @thelogynedit
