This is one of my favorite songs growing up. And it’s crazy how much I resonate with it today. I feel like within running a small business you get so swept up in the hustle of just trying to get everything done and making sure everything runs smoothly that you forget to do things for yourself. And after a while, things start to feel kind of heavy, and today’s one of those days where things kind of feel a little heavy. So I’m going to take a step back. I’m going to read my book that I’m really excited about, and I’m gonna take a second to breathe.

In case you needed one too, here is your reminder to take a step back if you need to, and just breathe. 🫶🏻 by @theloveboundedit
