There are a lot of beautiful new faces around here, so I thought I’d re-introduce myself with some juicy facts:

⚡️ I’m Jamaican, but was born in the BX (don’t say nothing, won’t be nothing).
⚡️ I’m a Published Scientist turned Life Insurance Broker. For the record, I’ll always be a Scientist. I refute the hypocrisies of what humans say and think.
⚡️ I’m the author of ‘Imperfect Self-Love’ - a collection of poems, quotes, and affirmations to let go of self-judgement, embrace your highest self, and start doing more of what you love on a daily.
⚡️ I’m spiritual and a sound bath alchemist. Don’t get it twisted tho, I tap into my dark feminine energy frequent. I don’t play about me and you shouldn’t play about you. We transmute energy over here.
⚡️ My life path is 1 (the same as MLK so YKTMFV). I’m a Libra Sun, Gemini Moon, and Leo Rising (yeah, I’m like that).
⚡️ I started this page to bring awareness to the weird ass dating climate back in 2016. Let’s just say there’s still some piss in the dating pool. However, I’d rather talk about how self-love is the best love.
⚡️ My superpower is leaving people better than I found them. I’m not the type of person you get twice in this lifetime.
⚡️ My spiritual journey kicked off in 2017 with the sudden passing of my mother. I learned then, I had to heal from past hurt and traumas. I believe nothing we grow through is by coincidence. I share my experiences and empowering messages to help others unlock their magic and own their story.
⚡️ I LOVE to dance to the beat of my own drum and talk spicy. After all, who gonna check me? Nobody!
⚡️ One of my wildest dreams is to own a farm and grow my own food.

My dad had me watching the Knicks before I knew what basketball was. I’m talking Patrick Ewing, John Starks, Charles Oakley..that era. So I pulled up to NY to celebrate their win because this championship win was sentimental for a lot of families.

Then we walked into @mercer.labs because that’s what I do now. I want to explore more of this life. I want to be curious..I want to be present.

Healing taught me that joy is not a reward got finishing your to-do list. Joy is the source. That’s what you tap into consistently.

Get in your life. All the way in 🏀🗽

I quit corporate + built a life I actually want to live✨

I’ll trade UTV rides, training as I stuff my face with all the goodies + snacks (yall know I’m greedy 😝), connecting with my squad + helping people on my own terms.

This is what happens when a woman stops shrinking to fit in + starts building.

You weren’t created to sit in a cubicle with burnout, stress, etc. You can create your reality + schedule. You were created to recognize abundance is yours + to take it.

You were meant to be seen 👑

I use to think I had to tone down my personality + shrink back.

But life doesn’t ask you if you’re ready to lead. It just puts you there.

The right connections will always:
📌 see your light before you do
📌 refuse to let you play small
📌 pull the leader out of you
📌 remind you that the world needs exactly what you carry

So when life keeps pushing you to the front..that’s your assignment 👑

The world needs your light too damn much for you to stay hidden 👀

We didn’t know how good we had it as kids. Now look at us 🎡

I pulled up to Not Your Kid’s Carnival in MD and forgot every adult responsibility I had.

I had the BEST time. Oh my goodness 😝

Sometimes healing looks like:

✨being silly
🦄 dancing without caring who’s watching
🎡 laughing so hard your stomach hurts
💜 giving yourself permission to just be FREE

I can’t believe we’re the new adults 😩 your inner child still exists.

It’s okay to play, dance, + laugh. Go live 💜

This is what it looks like when a little girl finally gets what she always wanted..

I didn’t go to Disney as a child. My parents worked two jobs each and they exemplified working hard + no excuses. I watched their discipline..the sacrifice.

They taught me everything about work ethic, but somewhere along the way I took on working hard + pushing life experiences to the side. Work later became my escape for grief. And, that’s not good either.

I spent years in corporate wondering..at what point do we stop? At what point do we actually enjoy the life we’re working so hard to build? Because work, work, work + then die was never supposed to be the blueprint. That’s not why we were created.

Sales has changed everything for me, and many others. It’s not just the income. It’s the freedom. The ability to experience life from a different lens.

Corporate would never. But this business DID.

The work life balance I always wanted but didn’t know how to bring it to fruition in a world that tells us it doesn’t exist. The perks that make the hard work feel worth it with the team winnin’. The freedom to work hard AND live beautifully at the same time.

I’m honoring my inner child every chance I get 💕 She waited long enough.

If you’re working hard but not living..something has to shift. You deserve both.

That’s an affirmation I saved years ago. I didn’t truly understand it until I lost my best friend..my mother.

Grief will take you to a darkness that feels permanent. My mother would brighten up any room. And, when she passed away I felt lonely 😔 My light dimmed.

Speaking life into me like she did became my way back. I had to train myself to find the beauty that was still there even when everything in me could only see who I lost. This was a very dark time for me.

I find the beauty in the moments I probably would have taken for granted before:

• stopping to smell the flowers literally
• traveling the world instead of drowning in grief
• the way my dog loves me without a single word
• dancing with my friends
• making something beautiful with my hands

Life won’t be sweet every single day. But, it’s how you look at it. It’s what you choose to see when the darkness tries to convince you there’s nothing left worth seeing.

A lot of what we go through is a test of resilience. A test of whether you can make it through to the other side of the thing that was meant to break you.

If I can make it through, so can you 🤍

This is what resetting my energy looks like.

Music and sound transmit a frequency that finds everything you’ve been carrying and moves it.

There’s something whimsical about a singing bowl.

What you’re hearing in this video is my heart and root chakra bowls playing together ✨

The heart chakra is where you hold love, grief, joy and everything in between. The root chakra is your foundation. It’s your safety, your sense of self. Back to home.

This is how I’m able to show up fully for my clients, for my purpose, and myself 🖤

Since we’re hugging trees 🌳 I want to see how far I can go 😩

I think I picked the wrong leaves. Those branches had no intention of cooperating 🤣

I’ve seen supernatural things happen by being still in nature. Like this one time a wild turkey burst out of the bushes and chased me like it knew me at full speed.

Nature is alive in ways we’ve completely forgotten how to notice. Everything you need is in nature. Hope this inspires you to go talk to a tree after you hug one.
