… these are the moments and women that make @thelowryestate a magical place, like no other. . 👸👸🏻👸🏼💜👸🏽👸🏾👸🏿 . I had an amazing weekend... and this reel is a perfect example for you to see why. My favorite thing happened… @micahhoneycomblamb came inside Lowry for the first time. One piece caught her eye, and several others followed her quickly in to a fitting room, which in turn morphed into an hour (more like 2.5 hours 😂 since Lowry attracts those who love to talk just as much as I do!!!!) of playing dress-up… The spaces that I occupy @mainstreetfarmingtonmi always bring everyone together. The collection strikes confidence and empowers women. I get goosebumps and want to cry happy tears whenever moments like these happen 🥹 and I never know when they will happen, or with who — which makes doing what I do, even more exciting. Micah departed with pieces that she will cherish and shine in. She needed clothes for work and was thrilled to find a mindfully curated boutique that lived up to her standards, and had sophisticated petite sizes that fit. I’ve learned over time that petites are actually NOT easy to find. I get just as many phone calls asking if I carry petites, as much as i get plus-size inquiries. People often think that boutiques only cater to smaller sizes. However, going in regular stores present their own challenges: pieces that are too big and often require tailoring… that’s not fun or cool—it’s EXPENSIVE, and annoying. I take pride in the fact that I can provide clothing for everyone—it’s a challenge that I’m always up for, and will continue to make happen. This weekend, my shop doors were open, but this also reflects what goes on when appointments are booked! So book yours now (link in bio!!!☝️) or DM me. HAPPY SUNDAY!!! #ladiesinlowry xo,💋 Corliss 👸🏾 by @thelowryestate

🚨💜🔥👸🏻🔥💜🎉 . I don’t even know what to say, you guys 🥹… other than… Fall has officially descended upon @thelowryestate Today marks the FIRST of MANY fierce pieces of outerwear that you will see here on out… strutting gracefully down Grand River Avenue, here on @mainstreetfarmingtonmi in #downtownfarmington and BEYOND, of course! I decided to part with this gorgeous 80s swing coat and a few other pieces from my personal collection to give them the daylight and second lives that they deserve… rather than hibernating for another F/W season in my closets. Most of the garments in my collection have been pre-loved… with amazing stories that precede their arrival. It’s a true honor to be trusted by all of you that have reached out ensuring that your heirlooms go in the right hands and live in their next best forever homes… The least that I can do is give back my wears to you! 🥰 I love each and every one of my beautiful #LadiesinLowry Stay tuned for more, and stop by tomorrow rain or shine! xo,💋 Corliss 👸🏾 by @thelowryestate

THE VENDOR EDIT, VOL. 19: @thelowryestate Vintage with a legacy. Style meant to live another life. Meet The Lowry Estate, a Black woman-owned vintage and designer boutique in Downtown Farmington, built from a love of timeless style, real women, and the stories clothing carries with it. What began at Detroit’s Eastern Market has grown into a thoughtfully curated collection spanning decades, mixing vintage, modern ready-to-wear, designer pieces, and cult European and Japanese labels. Behind the name is an even deeper story, honoring generations of women whose wardrobes, independence, and personal style continue to shape The Lowry Estate today. For SHE Sourced Detroit, Lowry is bringing a curated edit of outerwear and knits made for layering, mixing, and carrying you through a Michigan winter in style. Because the best pieces don’t belong to one moment, one woman, or one wardrobe. They keep living. Come source the next chapter. October 24 | 1–4 PM
