The number one question I get is, “Girl, what are you ON?!” 😂

And here’s the thing… just like makeup, what works for ME might not work for YOU.

My wellness journey started with @thelowtclinic , where I worked with their team on a personalized plan that includes peptide-based treatment and other wellness injections.

But let’s be clear — the injections didn’t do the workouts. They didn’t build my discipline. And they definitely didn’t make all those lifestyle changes for me. 💪🏼

Now that I’ve reached my goal weight, my focus is on maintaining my progress, taking care of my body, and feeling my absolute best.

I’m sharing my experience, not prescribing yours. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider to understand your options.

The goal was never just to look different. It was to FEEL different. 🤍

Goodbye for now is the only kind of pause button I can take. It helps to have @chezpeachy to soften the heart🧡 as we celebrate @yournp_victoria journey to mommyhood, we take a time out to reflect on what a wonderful journey it’s been for us to have her here…every day with a smile, adding so much joy to the NW team. Until we meet again, soon with a mini you version 👼🏻🍼🧡🥹 you go with this team’s love… by @thelowtclinic

Retinal, retinol, tretinoin. Say that three times fast.

All three are vitamin A, and all three speed up cell turnover and support collagen. What separates them is how many steps your skin takes to convert them into the active form. Fewer steps means stronger, and more irritating at the start. Tretinoin is the active form itself, which is why it’s prescription.

How you start matters as much as what you use: nights only, a slow ramp, moisturizer before and after. The schedule in this video is what we walk our patients through, not a self-start protocol.

The goal is not to become someone else. It is to feel ready for your own life again.⠀
What would you make more time for?⠀ by @thelowtclinic

Normalize or get it checked, men’s edition.

Sore for two days after leg day? That’s training. Flat after a stressful week at work? That’s having a job. Tired all the time even after a full night’s sleep, less interested in things you used to enjoy, or gaining weight in your stomach when nothing has changed? Those are signals, not bad luck.

Symptoms women often work around:⠀
• Poor sleep⠀
• Brain fog⠀
• Mood changes⠀
• Low energy⠀
• Changes in libido⠀

Common does not mean unimportant.⠀ by @thelowtclinic

Pigmentation. Acne scars. Fine lines. Skin laxity. Crepey skin. Five different problems, and no single treatment handles all of them.

Priscilla matches each concern to the tool built for it, from CoolPeel to SkinPen microneedling to Morpheus8. Different problems, different tools. Picking the right one for your skin is the whole point of a consult.

If your body keeps telling you something, it might be worth listening.

Bruising easily. Night cramps. Cold all the time. Sugar cravings after meals. Kristen runs through ten common symptoms and what each one can point to. A symptom isn’t a diagnosis. It’s a reason to check.

Ten foods, ranked for testosterone. The carnivore crowd is not going to like this one.

Bacon gets a 2. So does bone broth. Cod, potatoes, egg whites and skim milk all get a 9. And white rice is a 10 after a workout and a 1 at night, because timing changes everything.

Eating right helps. It doesn’t tell you where your levels are. Comment READY and we’ll check your numbers at The Low T Clinic in Tucson. by @thelowtclinic
