Your boy got nominated for best editor again 😍 Hopefully the recent awards and nominations for @dmctrilogy will help me score a full time junior editing gig in Brisbane! 🔥🙏🔥

I've had a ball doing my own thing for the past 5 years, and am incredibly grateful to all my past and present clients for entrusting me with their editing (and film and video) projects, but I am so damn keen to nab myself an office job right now!
I miss the co-worker camaraderie, the constant stream of challenges, the overlapping projects, and - yes - even the insane deadlines 😅

Time to wrap my head around Avid... really, really fast 😘

Remember when one of my music videos scored Wild One status on rage? 🔥 It was 2 years ago, the song was Dealbreaker by Mecha Mecha, and -- don't worry! -- I'm gonna remind you every year till I literally can't 😅
• • • • •
Some of my fondest memories from growing up include staying up late to see what weird and wonderful music videos were playing on the ABC, and I'm STILL so incredibly stoked that something I helped create bagged one of the coolest awards (if you can call it that 🤔 I'm gonna call it that 👌) ever 😁😎😁
• • • • •
Congratulations, once again, to Mecha Mecha, Shots For Bands, Jonathan Creed, and everyone involved in the production of the Dealbreaker track and clip (you know who you are!) for the win!

It's always an honour when your work picks up an award, but being singled out and awarded as a director of photography is a dream come true 🤩🥳🤩
• • • • •
Congrats to the gorgeous Lust crew for all the nominations so far -- especially @guydwilliams for his Best Actor nomination (you killed it, mate! 👏💪👏) -- and a massive thanks to director Jonathan Creed for his faith in me (and for always pushing me to my limits), and to my mates in Balloons Kill Babies for providing the soundtrack to this clip 💜

I'm so sorry for editing your outfit, @guydwilliams 😅 My OCD went into overdrive, but now you know what you'd look like in a sweet burgandy suit 😎 NICE 👌
