Martha’s Vineyard gave me more than beautiful views. It gave me perspective. 🌊✨

This trip was a reminder that some of the most meaningful growth happens when you find yourself in new rooms, surrounded by new conversations and given the opportunity to see your work from a bigger lens.

I came to the Vineyard to work, to create, to capture moments and to help tell stories that matter. But somewhere between the panels, the people, the long days, the ocean views and yes, a little ice cream 🍦, I also made space to take it all in.

I’m learning that building a career you’re proud of is not only about the big moments people see. It’s about being present for the experience, paying attention to what each room can teach you and recognizing how far you’ve come while still being excited about where you’re going.

Martha’s Vineyard, you were good to me. Until next time. 💕🌅

Empowering the next generation starts with investing in who they are becoming. Through the @dh_debs @distinctivelyher cotillion program under the @tdj_foundation young women are equipped with mentorship, leadership development, confidence, etiquette, life skills, and a heart for service, building a foundation that will prepare them to lead with purpose, integrity, and excellence for years to come.

The future is brighter when we invest in those who will shape it. by @thelynnaustin

There is power in trusting the journey, even when every step isn’t visible. Walking in faith has taught me that purpose is revealed through persistence, preparation, and trust in God’s direction. Every opportunity, challenge, and lesson continues to shape the path ahead.

Focused. Faithful. Forward.

Some moments deserve more than fashion they deserve storytelling. 🇬🇭✨

As I prepared to attend the King’s Reception in Ghana, I wanted to wear something that honored the beauty, strength, elegance, and cultural richness of the experience. The moment I stepped into this piece from @bintumaniboutique, @legallymasah I knew it was more than a dress it was art, heritage, and royalty woven together.

From the bold structure to the flowing details, every element of this look carried the spirit of grace and feminine power. It made me feel deeply connected to the culture, the people, and the significance of being present in such a historic and meaningful space.

Fashion has the ability to tell stories without words, and this look told one of confidence, legacy, and African excellence. I’m grateful to @bintumaniboutique for creating pieces that celebrate the essence of timeless beauty while honoring culture so beautifully.

Ghana, thank you for welcoming me with warmth, inspiration, and unforgettable memories. This experience and this look will forever hold a special place in my heart. ❤️✨

DRC Conference Recap with @dallasregionalchamber

Powerful conversations shaping what’s next.

Our CEO, @kelleycornish of @tdj_foundation, led a dynamic panel alongside Tosan Ojeahere of @thomsonreuters and Laura Ullrich of @indeedworks exploring how innovation and access intersect in today’s evolving workforce.

The dialogue continued with a standout panel moderated by @alexkantrowitz, featuring @mcuban, diving into the ever expanding role of AI.

The future isn’t just AI it’s how we choose to engage with it, leverage it, and ensure others are equipped to do the same.

Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday at @ebenezer_atl was more than an event it was a sacred moment.

Standing in a space so rich with legacy and history, you could feel the weight of the past, the responsibility of the present, and the hope for the future all at once. The room was filled with leaders whose voices and lives continue to shape our communities and carry Dr. King’s vision forward.

We were honored to be in the presence of @kelleycornish of the @tdj_foundation, @berniceaking, @johncmaxwell, Dr. Lady Tremaine Hawkins, @therealarbernard, Pastor Senator @senatorwarnock, @raphaelwarnock, and @andreforatlanta.

A powerful and beautiful tribute to legacy, leadership, and the call to keep the dream alive. ✨
