Just got out of court. We are happy to be serving as plaintiffs with Duffy v Moore which had been enjoined with Bathras v Moore regarding the Glock ban.

Our motion today was asking for a preliminary injunction and was DENIED. by @themachinegunnest

Most Maryland gun owners have probably never heard of House Bill 875 from the 2025 General Assembly session—and that's exactly why it's worth paying attention to.

While the bill never gained traction, it proposed significant restrictions that could easily resurface in future legislative sessions, especially now that Maryland has already moved forward with a Glock ban.

In today's Legal Update, Stephanie breaks down what HB 875 attempted to do, what it could have meant for Maryland firearm owners, and why staying informed matters. Sometimes the bills that don't pass are the ones you need to keep an eye on the most.

Watch now and stay informed. We'll see you at the range.

You've probably already heard the news, but for those who haven't, Maryland Governor Wes Moore has officially signed the so-called "Glock Ban" into law. The new legislation targets certain Glock and Glock-style pistols that lawmakers say can be converted into fully automatic firearms with illegal conversion devices. The law is set to take effect on January 1, 2027, and has already sparked lawsuits and significant debate across the state.

So what does this actually mean for Maryland gun owners? Does it affect firearms you already own? Which handguns could be impacted? And what happens next as legal challenges begin to unfold?

Stephanie breaks down the details, what the law says, and what Maryland residents need to know in today's Legal Update.

⚖️ Stay informed.
🎯 Stay trained.
