Most of Europe hasn’t heard of living water yet. 💧
And that stat alone stopped me in my tracks.
Here’s what the numbers actually look like right now:
🇬🇧 UK — 0.2% market penetration
🇪🇺 Europe — 0.1%
🇺🇸 US — 0.5% (with hotspots like California leading)
🇯🇵 Japan — 5% (used in hospitals for decades)
🇴🇲 Okinawa — 6%
Japan has known about ionized, restructured water for over 50 years. The rest of the world is just waking up.
This is what it looks like to be early to something that actually matters — not a trend, but a shift in how people think about the most basic thing we put in our bodies every single day.
I started drinking living water and I’m never going back. 🌿
Curious what this is and why people are making it a non-negotiable health investment?

👇 Comment “WATER” and I’ll personally send you the info.

So many people ask me, “What’s the hype with this so-called Living Water?” 💦

Personally, for me, it’s about finally feeling hydrated.

Before, I never felt totally hydrated. I often felt like the water just sat in my belly and felt heavy, and I very rarely managed to drink my daily 2 litres of water.

Now, I can just drink and drink this water. I love the softer taste, and I genuinely enjoy drinking more throughout the day.

If you’re curious whether this could be something for you too, comment WATER or drop me a message 💦 by @themagicfreedomwave

DAY 17/30 — WATER FOR CLEANING? 💧

Today we’re exploring Strong Alkaline Water, pH 11.5.

My water guide suggests using this setting for certain household cleaning applications, including greasy surfaces.

Alkaline solutions can help with different types of grease, which is one reason alkalinity is relevant to cleaning.

Like cleaning your oven tray with 11,5 ph water that removes grease in a nontoxic way. See the difference after 30 minutes as shown in the beginning of the video.

It’s fascinating to explore how the properties of water can be relevant to more than one everyday task!

DAY 16/30 — EXPLORING pH 2.5 WATER 💧

From coffee and tea stains to soap residue, hard-water marks and limescale, cleaning wounds, hand-sanitizer, mouth wash, acne, my water guide lists several household uses for pH 2.5 water.

It’s fascinating to discover the different applications suggested for the various water settings! 🌊

DAY 15/30 — WHAT IS BEAUTY WATER? 💧

Did you know that a water ionizer can produce different types of water for different intended uses?

Today, we’re exploring Beauty Water, which is around pH 6.0.

I use it in my a skincare routine, as a facial toner, hair conditioner , my plants love it and it’s excellent to wash floors and windows with.

I’m fascinated by how much there is to learn about water beyond simply drinking it.

Have you ever heard of Beauty Water before? 👀

Tell me in the comments!

💧⚡ DAY 14 — pH VS ORP

Let’s keep it simple!

💧 pH: acidity or alkalinity.

⚡ ORP: oxidation-reduction potential.

Two different measurements. Two different pieces of information about water chemistry.

This week has been about understanding the basics, so that the numbers we see actually mean something to us.

Next: Beauty Water, acidic water, strong alkaline water, fruit and vegetables, cooking and cleaning! by @themagicfreedomwave

⚡ DAY 13 — WHAT DOES + OR − ORP MEAN?

Seen those plus and minus signs on an ORP meter? Let’s make them easier to understand!

➕ Positive ORP: A greater tendency to accept electrons from other substances.

➖ Negative ORP: A greater tendency to donate electrons to other substances.

These are two directions in oxidation-reduction reactions.

You don’t need to memorise the chemistry! The main takeaway is that ORP tells us about the liquid’s tendency to participate in these reactions.

💧 Have you ever seen an ORP reading before?

⚡ DAY 12 — ORP IN ACTION 💧

Let’s take ORP from theory to a real-life demonstration!

My colleague Paula has recorded a video showing ORP readings in different liquids using an ORP meter.

The readings are shown in millivolts (mV), and you might notice that some are positive while others are negative.

But what do those signs actually mean? 🤔

That’s what we’re exploring tomorrow!

⚡ DAY 11 — WHAT IS ORP?

ORP = Oxidation-Reduction Potential.

It’s measured in millivolts (mV) and describes the tendency of a solution to participate in oxidation-reduction reactions.

For now, remember these two measurements:

💧 pH = acidity or alkalinity.

⚡ ORP = oxidation-reduction potential.

💧 DAY 10 — WHY DOES WATER HAVE DIFFERENT pH LEVELS?

Water chemistry isn’t necessarily the same everywhere.

Its source, dissolved minerals, gases and treatment can influence its characteristics.

And through electrolysis, a water ionizer can produce streams with different pH levels like 6 , 7 and 9.5.

Tomorrow, we are exploring ORP — another way of measuring the chemistry of a liquid.

DAY 9 — WHAT DOES pH ACTUALLY MEAN? 💧

You’ve probably seen pH numbers before, but what do they actually tell us?

💧 pH = a measure of how acidic or alkaline a water-based solution is.

🔹 Below 7 → acidic
🔹 Around 7 → neutral
🔹 Above 7 → alkaline

It’s a simple number, but there’s some interesting chemistry behind it!

And once we understand pH, it becomes much easier to understand why different waters can have different characteristics.

Tomorrow: Why doesn’t all water have the same pH? 👀 by @themagicfreedomwave

DAY 8 — WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS WHEN WATER IS IONIZED? ⚗️💧

There’s a little more happening inside a water ionizer than you might think.

💧 1. Filtration
The incoming water first passes through the machine’s filter, which treats the water before it reaches the electrolysis chamber.

⚡ 2. Electrolysis
The water then passes through an ionization chamber containing electrodes with platinum-coated plates. An electrical current is applied across the plates.

💦 3. Two water streams
The electrolysis process produces two streams with different characteristics — one more alkaline and one more acidic.

📊 4. Different pH + ORP
These streams have different pH and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) values.

So ionized water isn’t simply about making water “alkaline”.

It’s about the process that creates different water streams with different chemical characteristics.

And tomorrow we’re zooming in on one of those measurements:
