Let me introduce you to a client making a real difference in our community. New American Pathways works alongside refugees and immigrants as they build new lives here in Georgia — helping families find stability, employment, education, community and a path forward. I’ve had the privilege of working with their team and helping tell the stories behind that work, and this Saturday, I’d love for you to see a little more of it for yourself. Red, White & Do is their annual gala, but it’s also so much more than a fun night out. The funds raised help New American Pathways continue serving thousands of new Americans across our community. And yes, it IS a really fun night. Good food, great people, a little friendly competition and an incredible mission behind all of it. So, want to join me? Red, White & Do

There’s something special about being part of an event that puts creativity, collaboration and community at the center of everything. I joined the Poshe team for another year at FACEs of Fashion and had the pleasure of watching so many talented designers, artists, models, creatives and professionals come together to create something truly memorable. The creative community is full of people taking risks, building businesses, sharing their work and putting a piece of themselves into what they create. Events like this give that talent a platform to be not only been seen but celebrated. So proud of what the FACEs of Fashion team created, and even more grateful to have played a small part in it. by @themagnoliablack
Your content doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to exist. Post the photo. Share the idea. Talk about your offer. Let people see the business you’re building. This September, choose showing up over overthinking. by @themagnoliablack
I heard the news today at the beginning of a meeting and sat in shock for the rest of it. Those who know me know how much I adore this woman and everything she brought to the world. Of course I love the music, the hair, the rhinestones and the one-liners but it’s who she was and how she moved through the world that has always inspired me most. Know who you are. Dream bigger. Give back. Find the good. Laugh at yourself. And never, ever make yourself smaller for someone else. What a woman. What a life. What a legacy. 🤍 by @themagnoliablack
Good marketing isn't about doing MORE. It's about doing what WORKS. we believe strategy beats hustle and sustainable growth will always outperform chasing the algorithm. Ready to grow? Let's chat. by @themagnoliablack
When I started attending networking events years ago, I met a lot of people. I collected business cards, exchanged Instagram handles, and had plenty of conversations. But what I really needed wasn't a bigger network. I needed women I could text when a launch flopped. Women who would celebrate the wins, help solve the problems, make introductions, share resources, and remind me I wasn't building alone. That's why we started The Magnolia Collective all those years ago. We aren't focused on collecting contacts or perfect elevator pitches. We're focused on building genuine relationships with women who understand the highs, lows, pivots, and growing pains that come with entrepreneurship. Because success isn't built in isolation. It's built in community. The women sitting around our tables become collaborators, referral partners, sounding boards, cheerleaders, and friends. They show up for each other long after the event is over. That's the difference. And it's exactly why The Magnolia Collective exists. 🤍 by @themagnoliablack
Another unforgettable night with The Rise by @posheproductions at @distilleryofmodernart. Every time I work with Michelle Lynch and her team, I leave inspired. This event was such a beautiful celebration of creativity, individuality, fashion, art, and community — all while shining a spotlight on local small businesses, designers, and entrepreneurs across Atlanta. From the incredible talent featured throughout the night to the energy in the room, every detail felt intentional and inspiring. I especially loved seeing local creatives and businesses share space alongside celebrity guests and industry leaders in a way that felt authentic and community-driven. And the venue? Distillery of Modern Art was the perfect backdrop. The modern, artistic atmosphere made the entire experience feel immersive, elevated, and uniquely Atlanta. Always grateful to be part of projects that celebrate people boldly being themselves and creating something meaningful together. by @themagnoliablack

Content idea: use this audio and list the things you're grateful for in your business/life. Not only is it trending, but it's pretty wholesome too. Grateful for this business and everyone on this journey with me. 🖤 by @themagnoliablack
International Women’s Day Behind so many small businesses are women who had an idea and the courage to pursue it. And I'm lucky enough to get to work with many of them. Women who stayed up late learning new skills.
Women who took risks on themselves.
Women who turned passion into a business and a story worth sharing (a story I get the honor of sharing) At Magnolia Black, we have the privilege of helping founders bring those stories to life. Every brand we work with represents someone who believed their idea mattered and chose to build something meaningful. Today we celebrate the women creating businesses, supporting their communities, and proving every day that leadership can look many different ways. Here’s to the women building what comes next. Happy International Women’s Day. by @themagnoliablack
Here's your reminder to step out of your comfort zone every once in a while. Here's another reminder to surround yourself with people who will push you to be better. This year is off to a great start 🖤 by @themagnoliablack
I’ve stayed quiet on this page for a long time. Not because I haven’t had an opinion — trust me, I have. I’ve been loud on my personal platforms, but I kept this space “neutral” because it felt safer for business in a place where my politics aren’t popular. But keeping my business page separate hasn’t felt “safe.” It’s felt like comfort over conviction. I didn’t want to “rock the boat,” but that boat is already sinking. But there Is no more room for silence. I thought I could get by with likes and reshares and rely on the creators already using their platforms but this calls for a louder voice. We cannot wait. It may not be at your door yet, but you're running out of protections that allow you to believe that it won't soon touch you or people you love. Because what’s happening in our country isn’t just politics. It’s humanity. It’s morality. I believe every person deserves dignity, safety, and basic human rights — no matter where they were born. I believe what’s happening in our country, is not making it safer- it was never about safety. Speaking up here will likely mean losing collaborations, followers, or clients who support what’s happening and I’m more than okay with that. Call your representatives. Support causes that fight what’s happening. It's time. by @themagnoliablack
