Not everything deserves access to you. Y no todo merece un espacio en tu vida. 🤎

No todas las conversaciones necesitan una respuesta. Not every opinion deserves space in your head. No todo el mundo necesita acceso a tu tiempo, and you don’t have to feel guilty for protecting your energy.

A veces cuidar tu corazón se ve diferente de lo que pensamos.

It’s saying no without explaining yourself.
Es alejarte de conversaciones que siempre te dejan drenada. It’s realizing that being a good person doesn’t mean being available to everyone.
Es prestar atención a cómo te sientes después de ciertas personas, lugares y situaciones.

You can love people and still have boundaries. Puedes querer lo mejor para alguien y aun así elegir distancia. You can be kind without giving everyone the same access to you.

Porque al final, tu tiempo, your energy, tu paz, and your heart are valuable.

I’m learning that peace doesn’t always come from knowing what’s next. Sometimes it comes from accepting that I don’t need to know yet.

I can plan, prepare, and still leave room for life to unfold.

Today deserves my attention too. The people in front of me. The work in front of me. The little moments I might miss while worrying about something that hasn’t even happened yet.

So today, I’m choosing to be here. Tomorrow can wait until tomorrow. 🤎

Últimamente… learning to enjoy the little things a little more. 🤍

Volviendo a mí, pero aprendiendo en el proceso. 🤍

Algo que estoy entendiendo durante estas sesiones con las chicas de @ginna.spa es que body care va mucho más allá de querer ver un cambio físico.

Hemos estado trabajando con drenaje linfático, diferentes técnicas y aparatología enfocadas en ayudar con esa sensación de pesadez y retención que yo venía sintiendo, mientras también trabajamos la tonificación.

And one thing I really appreciate? Ellas me han dejado claro que no existe un tratamiento mágico. ✨

Estos tratamientos son solamente una parte del proceso. La alimentación, hydration, movimiento, ejercicio y constancia también tienen que ir de la mano con lo que estamos haciendo durante cada sesión.

Para mí, esto no se trata de perseguir un cuerpo “perfecto.” Se trata de sentirme cómoda en mi piel otra vez, prestar más atención a lo que mi cuerpo necesita y cuidarme desde diferentes ángulos.

Todavía estamos comenzando y ya tengo tanto que contarles. 🥹🤍 Me hace mucha ilusión poder llevarlas conmigo durante este proceso y enseñarles poquito a poquito lo que voy aprendiendo con las chicas de Ginna Spa.

I’m learning that a beautiful life isn’t always made up of big moments.

Sometimes it’s getting dressed just because. Laughing with my kids. A meal I didn’t have to rush through. A good conversation. Music playing in the house. Taking the picture because I felt pretty. 💛

I’ve spent enough time thinking about what’s next.

I want to get better at noticing what’s good right now.

Because there’s a lot of beauty here, too.

Hay lugares donde desde que llegas te hacen sentir bienvenida… y así fue mi experiencia en Ginna Spa. 💕✨

Ginna y Andrea fueron súper cálidas, profesionales y se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme cada parte del proceso y hacerme sentir completamente cómoda.

Y lo mejor es que esto apenas comienza. 🥹 Estoy empezando un proceso con Ginna en Ginna Spa que me tiene súper emocionada y no puedo esperar para ir viendo los cambios, aprendiendo más y compartiéndoles mi experiencia poquito a poquito.

Obviamente tenía que traerlas conmigo en este journey. 💕

Gracias Ginna y Andrea por sus manos, su cariño y por crear en Ginna Spa un espacio donde una puede llegar, relajarse y sentirse cuidada. 🤍✨
