Two full-over-full bunk beds, a shared custom-length staircase, and a clean finish in our standard Base White. 🤍

The staircase includes two powered niche cubbies—one for each bunk—with USB-C, USB, and a standard outlet.

A simple, space-smart setup made for a great bunk room.

Two rooms, one project, and four custom bunk beds built to make room for more memories. 🙌

Each room features two bunks with a custom-length shared staircase. Built into each staircase are two powered niches—one serving the bunk on the left and one for the bunk on the right—with USB-C, USB, and a standard outlet. The bunks were paint-matched to the home’s doors and trim for a seamless fit.

With one room on the second floor and one on the third, this project adds space for up to 16 more guests across the property. Our client was excited to see it all come together, and we’re thrilled with how these rooms turned out!

Custom Fence Transformation | Seaside

A complete transformation for our client in Seaside. We removed the existing vinyl fencing, demolished and hauled away the old concrete footings, then built a new custom fence designed to match the existing fencing around the property.

The finished fence also conceals the pool equipment while keeping everything clean and cohesive. Our client was absolutely thrilled with the result! 🙌 taken in Seaside, Florida by @themanusgroup

From cluttered to organized. ✔️

We completely transformed this garage in Alys Beach by removing everything, installing overhead storage racks, wall baskets, bike storage, and a kayak mount, then organizing it all to maximize storage while still leaving plenty of room to park the homeowners’ vehicle.

We also handled furniture and cardboard haul-off during their move, donating a queen bed and china cabinet to a local donation center, along with completing drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, artwork removal, assembly, and several other handyman projects.

No matter the size of the project, we’re here to help make your home more functional, organized, and move-in ready. taken in Alys Beach by @themanusgroup
