🌞 My daily religion:

• reading the news before forming opinions 📰
• excellent morning coffee (better at two) ☕️☕️
• a croissant a day — keeps the doctor away 🥐
• eating food that had a life before it reached the plate (is zucchini fritti a vegetable?) 🥒
• catching the sunrise and the sunset when possible
• a dangerously good book on the bedside table 📚
• as much tennis as my schedule — and backhand — allow 🎾
• keeping the people I love very close, the rest politely at bay 💕
• honouring my heritage… it travels well ⚔️
