The coolest bird on the ocean and this isn’t up for debate. This is the Pro kite surfer of birds, doing things only Jesus has been known to do. The Storm Petrel picking off tiny organisms and planktons while it seemly stands on the water.

Smoker Cape Verde let this one go , one of the last fish of the season, called her 850lb. Total numbers for the season was 253 blues , 3 whites and 4 spearfish. 6 fish over 800lb , 4 over 700lb and 14 fish between 500 & 600lbs. A big thanks to @_the_dirty_martini_ and @vladborgesfortes . Thanks for the hard work boys! Neat moment when a Spearfish jumped through our spread and the Camera was ready. 🫡 let’s go!!

@_the_dirty_martini_ & @vladborgesfortes both had a pitch out, @ryanwilliamsonmarlincharters had us on the fish but turned out to be a little spear that spooked and jumped off.

Cool day on the Smoker yesterday as @_the_dirty_martini_ & @vladborgesfortes gave the young mate @__choclate__otf a chance to wire a Blue Marlin! Let me tell you nothing makes me more stoked than seeing local Cape Verdians get after it in their own backyard 👏🙌

Smoker Cape Verde last two days 4-7 with 800 and 550 being the better fish and a bonus spearfish for lunch. @pulsatorlures 14“ Galoza paired with a 10/0 Kona cut by @fudofishing snagging a couple and the magic Tube teaser once again digging up another big girl! Lots of quality fish around for the fleet right now. Fingers crossed they stick around for the Fourth! taken in São Vicente, Cape Verde by @themarlinjournal
