👋🏻 Hi! My name is Giovanni, but you can call me Gio. I’m a Venezuelan who came to Mexico in 2017 and somehow ended up swapping classrooms for wedding aisles — from university professor to Wedding Planner and Content Creator. Life works in mysterious (and beautiful) ways, doesn’t it? ✨

Every couple I work with knows they’ll always get my honesty, my energy, and my full heart in every detail of their day. Because for me, this isn’t just a job — it’s my passion, my purpose, and my favorite story to tell. 💍
After years of love stories and unforgettable moments, it’s time to take the next step — we’re now The Marry Maker by Gio Weddings. 💫

💌 Ready to team up for your wedding? Whether it’s planning, coordinating, or creating content for your big day — I’ve got you covered. Let’s make it unforgettable. 💖

What does a wedding coordinator actually do on your big day? 🤔💍
(And yes, it’s very different from a wedding planner!)

Some couples are amazing at planning their own wedding — they choose the venue, book all the vendors, design the timeline and even manage the details like pros! 👏✨

But as the big day gets closer, reality hits: there are way too many things to oversee while also trying to get married and enjoy every second 😅

That’s where a wedding coordinator steps in — to take over logistics, manage the timeline, and make sure everything runs smoothly while you just live the moment 🎯💫

Thank you so, so much! This is such a beautiful, thoughtful, and incredibly special gift. I honestly can’t thank you enough!

Green, white, soft touches of yellow… and a little fruit to make it fun. 🍋🌿🤍

Fresh, romantic, and effortlessly beautiful. ✨

Sometimes the prettiest wedding decor is all about keeping it simple.

Who is a wedding planner’s worst enemy? 😂 by @themarrymakerbygio

New trend alert in the Riviera Maya? 👀🎙️

A podcast at your wedding?!

A few weeks ago, I was working at a wedding and saw @safarifeastproducciones offering something I had never seen before: a podcast booth right there at the wedding.

Guests could sit down, grab the mic, and record a special little episode for the couple. 😂

Honestly? I thought it was fun, different, and such a cool way to keep memories from your wedding.

And the best part? Afterward, you get your own wedding podcast episode. 🎧✨

Have you seen this before?
Would you have one at your wedding? 👀

Sometimes weddings get me too. 😅

At J & G’s wedding, @itsbrandiallyse caught me crying during their first dance.

I don’t always manage emotions in the most normal way, especially with autism. Sometimes I’m completely focused on work… and then something just hits me.

This time, she caught it. 😂

And honestly, I’m glad she did.

Also, Brandi is REALLY good. Her work is beautiful and I absolutely recommend checking out her Instagram.

Go say hi, stalk her work a little… and book her. 📸✨ by @themarrymakerbygio
