⚠️ Story Time ⚠️ {read caption} I started in the healthcare field in 11th grade and dropped out of LPN trade school to get married when I only had 6 months left to finish the program.

Hindsight 😫

I always knew I wanted to be a nurse practitioner but, CNA was all I could do after not completing the program.

So, I tested for that and tabled ever achieving my RN.

🗓️ For 15 years, I worked as a CNA in 4 different starts and government agencies and finally in 2013 a hardship positioned me to receive the opportunity to chase my dream of finishing nursing school.

I was laser focused and sacrificed time with my kids that I can’t get back to reach the goal of obtaining my RN.

I did a residency in Emergency 🚨 Medicine and gained experience but, knew I wanted to complete the final leg and original goal of NP.

While in NP school working in the ED and float pool burned me out 🤓and I started my business and scaled to 6 figures 16 months after opening.

💧 Quench was debt free, profitable and sustainable. We had no capital, no credit and bootstrapped the business during the pandemic.

We started with IV HYDRATION only‼️

We set goals. We strategized. We repeated the process.

👉🏾This is year 3!! 🤯🤯🤯

I’m often in awe of gods promise to me and now I help mentor, motivate, encourage and strategize with nurse practitioners and nurses how to grow, profit and boost their Medspa Cashflow.

1 Thing You Should Never Do 👇🏾

One thing you should never do is play small 🎯

✨If you know what you are doing.. act like it.

If you know your shit.. talk it 🗣️

If you are use to moving in packs or circles.. get comfortable with moving solo

💭 I’m still thinking back to where I shared so much VALUE that engagement in my Q&A went over time… but, where I messed up was I didn’t lead with WHY I was a credible source.

I am Marsha Carter-Hall THE Cashflow CEO 😍 literally created my own winning blueprint and I didn’t share that part, Baltimore Business Journal 2023 Mentor of the Year and I didn’t share that part 🤦🏾‍♀️

I didn’t do that by intention.

I honestly don’t boast or brag because it’s not necessary.

I dropped the ball by not leading with that EVEN THOUGH.. the feedback and connections made after my session was TOP TIER 🙌🏾

Often times people think my posts are showing off based off the feedback I receive 🙄 but that’s their insecurity for not showing up for themselves (topic for another day).

My efforts and work are noticed by who needs to see them and doors open without me trying hard.

For my IG fam that are down with me like four flat tires.. just know I’m authentic and genuinely want us all to win ☺️

Somewhere between helping my sons become who they are, year 6 of building my BIG small business, and being everything to everybody… I realized I’m allowed to rediscover me too.

And apparently, rediscovering me includes occasionally crashing out before getting it together real quick after retail therapy.

I’m figuring this season out as I go.

And maybe that’s the whole point. 🫶🏾

Nurse Practitioner.

I didn’t follow a blueprint .. I created one.

But here’s what people don’t talk about:

Creating your own path requires:
- consistency when no one is watching
- discipline when it’s not convenient
- confidence before the results show up

That’s the part most people skip.

Success isn’t just about vision -
It’s about having the discipline to execute it all the way through.

This month has taught me so much. I’ll share one learned lesson.

When I did the opposite of what I thought I had to do.. everything shifted.

Let go of anything that doesn’t align with your next level.

Habits. People. Things.

Set goals and reach them through strategy but, first •• plan what brings you joy and peace then work your business around that.
