@sleepingvillagereviews continues to be extremely kind about MEGAFAUNA. They also succeed in being someone who really understands what I'm going for, which is huge.

I had originally released my 2025 Live performances as an album called "Two Zero Two Five" - but have recently come to feel like the two shows are so distinct that they deserve their own independent releases.

SO, I have retitled Two-Zero-Two-Five "PREPARE TO MEET GOD" (the original title of the show) and released "Seven Sisters" as its own distinct release.

If you already have Two-Zero-Two-Five in your library, fret not - I have left the 7 sisters tracks there are bonus tracks so no one has to re-purchase anything.

Hope that makes sense.

This is the Suicide Awareness Month episode, so go in with that in mind.

Further, a huge thank you to my wife Melissa for curating most of the playlist for me on this one.

So, September is Suicide Awareness Month.

I thought I'd share a song from my upcoming album that I wrote about my own mental health, as well as some context about that. The video is from my live show at Char's Landing in Port Alberni.

I hope you like it.

In 2021 I was diagnosed with Cyclothymia.

This is, apparently, a "chronic, milder form of bipolar disorder".

To treat this, I take Sertraline daily - my current dose is 200mg.

This diagnosis and treatment, unquestionably, saved my life; as well as bringing new context to the ways in which I interact with the world.

While the challenges this brings are not gone - they are reduced and - at the very least - easier to deal with.

Most of the time.

While this isn't me saying that medication is for everyone and everyone should take it absolutely,
I am saying that reaching out and finding help is so critical. If you're struggling, reach out to someone, talk to a doctor.

Things can get better.
