Need a new Doveland track fix ? Feel Alright ft @themaxpope is out today ! Super proud of this one & hope you enjoy. A bit on the track background. ...

Feel Alright came from a session Dave, Max and musician Jack Kenworthy @colouring had down in Devon a couple of years ago. The track sat lingering for sometime until we realised that the Doveland album closer had been sitting under our noses the whole time. We dusted it off and worked on it in London getting the rest of the Djangos to sing & play on it, aswell as adding the amazing @theycallmeabimbola @redfarrellmusic on BV's. When writing the lyrics, the idea was to conjure up the freedom of hitting the road and leaving it all behind.. a simple rock n roll tale, as old as the great American dream!

Feel Alright, the next single to come from our new album Doveland features the talents of our wonderful old pal @themaxpope Link to pre save the track is in our bio and here’s what Dave had to say about the track … Feel Alright came from a session me, Max and musician Jack Kenworthy (Colouring) @colouring had down in Devon a couple of years ago. The track sat lingering for sometime until we realised that the Doveland album closer had been sitting under our noses the whole time. We dusted it off and worked on it in the London studio but tried to keep the integrity of that initial one take wonder rather than pull it apparat and re-record it all. When dave and Max sat in the Devon studio writing the lyrics, the idea was to conjure up the freedom of hitting the road and leaving it all behind.. a simple rock n roll tale, as old as the great American dream! by @themaxpope
