2026 UniTrust National Conference - To @northstar_assurance -
Watching this team show up, get recognized, build relationships, grow, and represent NorthStar reminded me how far we’ve come.

The awards are great, but I’m most proud of the people behind them — the sacrifice, consistency, hard work, and belief nobody sees.

NorthStar isn’t built by one person. It’s built by ALL of us.

Grateful for this team and, above all, grateful to God for every blessing along the way. 🙏🏽

We’ve come a long way but we’re just getting started. @mustseelucas on the Camera! S/O UniTrust for putting on a killer conference 🙏🏻 by @themenayac

Mena Yacoub took the stage last year at the 2025 Elevate National Conference and really drove home a simple message for UniTrust Financial Group agents: trust the tools and systems you have. Don’t make things harder than they need to be. Use the technology that’s there for you, and keep it simple. Are you getting the most out of these systems? by @themenayac

Not about trophies or titles. it’s about the impact and legacy we build through relentless hustle and heart. True power comes from the lives we change, not the numbers we hit. Legacy is the real goal and we are just getting started @northstar_assurance @official_unitrust by @themenayac

From winning games to dominating the UniTrust leaderboards, Mena Yacoub (@themenayac) shows what happens when discipline, grit, and a competitive mindset meet the right opportunity.

Athlete → life insurance agent → Diamond Elite agency owner. In 9 months, he built Northstar (@northstar_assurance) from $0 to $350K, scaled to 44 active writers this July, and drove $1.7M in agency production YTD—while personally hitting $125K months and influencing over 15k users on instagram.

At Elevate 2025, Mena’s bringing that same competitive fire to the stage—breaking down how to channel ambition, outwork the competition, and build a business that wins. He's ready to elevate... are you?
