The final 2027 @metroconfsports season preview is for the @stags_baseball they had a step back last year to 31 wins from 39 in 2025. Also added long time assistant coach Fay as the new head coach. I expect the Stags to be a top 3 team in the metro this year as long as they can take a step forward offensively and sustain the high level of pitching from 2026. #d1baseball #baseball #d1 #metro #maac by @themetrobsb

2027 season preview for the @ionabaseball Coach Burke and the Iona baseball team will try to build off of the 2026 season where they finished 15-14 in @metroconfsports play. Pitching was their strong suit, so the focus in this last recruiting cycle was most likely hitter heavy. If the bats can produce some more runs with similar pitching I could see them at the top of the Metro! #baseball #d1 #metro #collegebaseball #maac by @themetrobsb

The 2027 season preview for the @jaspersbaseball team had a solid offense last year but definitely need more from the guys on the mound to compete in the @metroconfsports in 2027. Coach Rosen will bring the energy and youth to that coaching staff and I believe would be one of the better coaches to play for in the MAAC. If the pitching is cleaned up don’t be surprised when they are contending in the MAAC tournament! #d1 #baseball #collegebaseball #metro #maac by @themetrobsb

2027 season preview for @marist_bsb they have a chance to win it all in the @metroconfsports this season after a strong conf showing in 2026. What sticks out to me the most was only one pitcher qualified from 2026 on the ip/g requirement and the era was over 7 for them to take the next step more pitchers will need to step up! #d1 #d1baseball #metro #collegebaseball #baseball by @themetrobsb

Season preview for @griffsbaseball 2027 season. After making improvements this last year they are poised to make a run for the @metroconfsports title. For them to be successful they will need to replace some high impact bats that are gone. #d1 #baseball #collegebaseball #metro #maac by @themetrobsb

2027 season preview for @merrimackbsb after a solid 2026 season in the @metroconfsports they will look to continue the success with new head coach Jeffery Mejia he brings a lot of college baseball experience at the NJCAA level to the program. I expect to see a team bolstered with plenty of juco guys for this next season. I am very curious to see how this team shapes up in the spring! #baseball #collegebaseball #metro #d1 #d1baseball by @themetrobsb

2027 season preview for @niagarabaseball who was the 2 seed in the @metroconfsports tournament last season. Niagara baseball had a great year in 2026 improving in almost every category from the past season. They will look to continue the upward trend and I believe they will have another strong year as long as they can bring in enough talent to replace any grads/tranfers. #baseball #collegebaseball #d1 #maac #metro by @themetrobsb

My 2027 @theqbaseball season preview! I think one of the biggest points of emphasis to be better at in 2027 is on the offensive side. I think this team is 2-3 solid pieces in the lineup away from being a true contender in the @metroconfsports as long as the pitching staff continues to improve as well. #baseball #collegebaseball #d1 #maac #metro by @themetrobsb

Next up the 2026 @metroconfsports champs @rider.baseball They are coming off back to back 30+ win seasons, and are looking to keep the momentum going. They will be reloading and fight hard to stay on top in the MAAC. I expect them to have another great year! #baseball #collegebaseball #maac #d1 by @themetrobsb

2026 was definitely a down year for the @sacredheartbsb usually a strong contender in the @metroconfsports they struggled in a lot of ways this past year. I expect a fresh rebuilt roster filled with transfers as they look to bounce back and put themselves back on top in the MAAC! #baseball #collegebaseball #d1 #maac by @themetrobsb

Here is my 2027 season preview of @siena_baseball ! I believe this is one of the most dangerous teams in the @metroconfsports Do not be surprised if with new pitching coach Wayne Jones they make improvements on the pitching side and contend for a MAAC championship! #collegebaseball #d1 #baseball #maac by @themetrobsb

Here is my preview for @peacocksbase 2027 season. The new head coach is still yet to be announced, so it will be interesting to see the kind of roster that will be on campus this fall. They will look to set a new standard and contend in the @metroconfsports this year. #d1 #baseball #collegebaseball #maac by @themetrobsb
