From college theater kids to standing beside you on the Amalfi Coast as you married the love of your life. Some things you simply can’t rehearse for. 🤍

Kelsey, I’ve known and loved so many versions of you. To stand beside you as your best friend, to officiate your wedding, and to help put words to what you and Jason mean to each other is an honor I’ll carry for the rest of my life.

Your love has a language all its own. It’s passionate, hilarious, unconventional, beautifully unhinged, and unmistakably yours. You see each other fully—the strength, the vulnerability, the stubbornness, the softness—and keep finding reasons to choose each other. Watching you make that choice out loud, surrounded by the people who love you, moved me more than I can say.

I’m so grateful I got to be part of this chapter. Here’s to a lifetime of finding each other, laughing together, and building a life only the two of you could dream up. I love you both so much. 🥂

Before I joined Fenty in 2017, I applied for a role and didn’t get it. That same year, I had a dream that I was advising Rihanna and our CEO.

Over nine years later, I’m reflecting on what it meant to lead, direct and produce our Rihanna TikTok Mega Live. Some moments take years of work before you get to live them. 🤍

Moving from Director of Fenty Education to DEI,then into Creator & Commerce was a chapter I was excited about. It also came while I was navigating postpartum, learning motherhood, showing up as a wife and finding my footing with a new team. There was so much I wanted to build—and days when carrying all of it felt heavy.

Building our TikTok Live program and Directing + producing Rihannas 1st US live has stretched me, challenged me and reminded me what I’m capable of. I’m proud of the vision, the preparation, the decisions and the work it took to bring this moment to life.

And I’m so proud of the women building alongside me.

@maddyseers our project manager: you learned the systems and became the operational excellence behind everything we’ve built. I see your care, your commitment and every detail you hold together.

@meagan.lall : you’ve brought your artistry into a new world of content, learning and adapting with flexibility, a great attitude and no ego. Your creativity and willingness to grow mean so much.

I have the best team. I hope you both know how deeply I value you.

If you’re navigating a new chapter while carrying a full life, you don’t have to have it all figured out to bring something valuable.

If you had told teenage me that one day I’d be standing in front of a camera cohosting alongside @badgalriri, I would have absolutely LOST MY MIND. 🥹

I am so unbelievably proud to work for this woman. Not because she’s a global icon, but because of the person she is behind all of it. The way she connects with people so genuinely, so effortlessly, and so authentically. The way she gives love just as freely as she receives it. For someone who has accomplished so much, her ability to make people feel seen is what I admire most.

And I am SO incredibly proud of the powerhouse team behind this moment. An undertaking of this magnitude requires an extraordinary amount of creativity, collaboration, dedication, and sheer determination. So many brilliant people touched every aspect of bringing this experience to life, and I feel incredibly lucky to stand alongside them.

There are moments in your career when you have to stop, look around, and appreciate just how far you’ve come, how much you’ve learned, and the extraordinary people you get to share the journey with.

Two years ago today, you became an angel. I still can’t believe you’re not here.

I don’t think I will ever accept a world without you in it. I’ll only ever learn to coexist alongside the grief—not move past it.

And while that makes me feel incredibly powerless, there are still things I do have control over: the things you taught me, and the way I choose to live because of them.

I promise to love and protect my sisters.
I promise to never let anyone fuck with me.
I promise to stand up for people who can’t stand up for themselves.
I promise to remember that there is no worse feeling than hunger, and to never walk past someone in need.
I promise to exist on my own terms, no matter what anyone has to say about it.
I promise to never let the heaviness of the world make me forget how to laugh.
I promise to always get back up when life knocks me down.
I promise to take pride in everything I do, because anything worth doing is worth doing well.
And I promise not to squander the life you and Dad fought so hard to give us.

The only thing equal to the size of my grief is the size of my gratitude.

My 4th studio album is officially written.

This body of work sat unfinished for almost a full year. Then one excruciating discovery shattered my world, and suddenly the final pieces of the story fell into place. Now, 10 tracks have already been recorded.

This album has also become truly international. I started recording in Melbourne back in April and just wrapped more sessions in Berlin and London. I wanted to build a global soundscape around this project, and I’m incredibly grateful for the artists and creatives around the world who have helped bring it to life — @james.taplin at @singsingrecordingstudios, Bob at @thefamousgoldwatch, @duku5 at @thisistyx , and everyone else who has left their fingerprints on these songs.

The album may be written, but the work is far from done.
