Growth and change are HARD. An acting career in 2026 is not for the weak! ☠️

A few years ago, I had to pivot hard and unexpectedly. I stripped away everything that wasn’t working and started over.

I sought and found real community, made new friends, and found collaborators and coaches who truly built me up. I showed up for myself and for others, made some solid career moves, and when I was ready, I found my team. Shane Hollander said it best, “LET’S GO!”

Hallmark Fans!? This was a BIG booking for me. I traveled to Kanab, UT to film Love in Zion National, A National Park Romance. ❤️❤️❤️ Have you seen it yet? It’s so good. I LOVED working on this film, our Director Sam Irvin was an absolute dream, the cast and crew, just unbelievable. @cindy_busby @david_gridley

Here’s another audition to film segment. When I audition, I dress the part, always have. It just helps me. I’m a theatre kid from the 90’s, it’s just who I am, I love a costume and a prop. 🫠 I also go and tape with @undercurrentactorsstudio , who are working actors and filmmakers. I show up ready to go and we just play, Bru reads, films end edits for me. I have a whole self-tape set up at my house, I have painted a wall, I have all the things, all of them, but this works for me and at a cost that is manageable.

Curious about casting facts? Me too! I reached out to the CD’s @stellanovacasting who shared this with me. They release a breakdown for supporting roles and for mine, over 500-600 submissions, narrowed down to 75 self-tapes, and then, welp, just one of us gets the role. This was my first time meeting these CD’s and it was booked off a single self-tape. The entire project receives approx 5000 submissions!

SIGNED. 🖊️

Big congratulations to Michelle for signing with RTA!

I couldn’t be happier for Michelle and RTA. Michelle is that unique human that makes any group or room better. That happens with talent, heart, and grit. She joined Thursday night and instantly that class was closer, rehearsed more, and even started a production company.

I’m thrilled @ragemodelsandtalent sees the same magic. I can’t wait to see what comes next. Congrats Michelle!
