Healing takes time. Asking for help isn’t weakness. And you don’t have to face every battle alone. 🙏🏽❤️ Faith and healing can walk together.

Life is life-ing… but I’m still standing. 💯🔥

This No Filter Tuesday is for everybody who’s struggling right now — broke, rebuilding, dealing with work problems, family issues, heartbreak, homelessness, or simply trying to figure life out.

Don’t let your current chapter convince you that God has forgotten about you. 🙏🏽 Sometimes the struggle is part of the preparation.

And let’s talk about the people who always have something to say… claiming they’ve done everything you’re doing, but when it’s time to show the results, suddenly it’s quiet. 😂

I don’t stunt. I don’t front. I don’t cap. I talk about what I actually live, and I’m focused on turning dreams into reality.

Real recognize real. 💯

I also want to show love to my kids and the family members reaching out lately. After years of distance, those moments hit different and touch this gangsta heart. ❤️ Life is too short to keep burning bridges.

Life can get heavy, but sometimes we have to stop and realize how blessed we really are. 🙏🏽

People don’t wake up every day with another chance, another birthday, another conversation, or another opportunity to tell somebody they love them.

So today, I’m counting my blessings and thanking God for another day.

And a special HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my daughter Jucere “Juicey” Frazier, who turned 20 yesterday! 🎂❤️ Daddy loves you and I’m proud of you!

I’m proud of ALL my kids. ❤️

If you’re carrying too much right now, put some of that weight down. Give God what you can’t control, protect your peace, and don’t give up on yourself.

Your story isn’t over.

Sometimes life takes you down roads you never planned to travel. 🙏🏽

This episode is about trusting God when life gets messy, learning from the people you meet, letting go of what you can’t control, and continuing to rebuild when everything around you changes.

Today is especially meaningful because my daughter Tria is graduating college. 🎓❤️ As a father, watching your children grow, overcome obstacles, and chase their dreams is one of the greatest blessings there is.

I’ve learned that some people are blessings, some are lessons, and some are simply chapters.

But through every chapter, God is still writing the story.

If you’re struggling right now, keep your head up. Don’t let your circumstances define you. Don’t let somebody else’s actions change your heart.

Keep believing.

Keep moving.

Keep rebuilding.

My baby girl graduated college. 🎓❤️

Tria, I wish more than anything I could’ve been there to watch you walk across that stage at Rasmussen College in Minnesota. Life has taken me through some places I never imagined I’d be, and unfortunately I couldn’t be there physically—but please know, my heart was right there with you.

I’ve watched you grow from my little girl into an educated, strong, beautiful woman who went after something and FINISHED IT. That’s something nobody can ever take away from you.

I’m proud of you beyond words. You didn’t just earn a degree today—you gave your daddy another reason to keep pushing through every storm.

Congratulations, Tria. 🎓❤️
