1/4 century with the same company I started with right out of high school. The real estate industry is an amazing career and full of great people. I wouldn’t change any of it if I had to start all over again. Thank you to all that have supported me through the first 25 and thank you to my wife and kids for giving me the drive and motivation to keep going. Cheers y’all. taken in CHICAGO TITLE ESCROW by @themikearias

The lowest homes going in escrow in over 6 years! Maybe even over a decade and a half. Thankfully, none of our homes got washed away from hurricane Rachel, but with this low of Buyer activity, you would think something catastrophic happened. Buyers are still getting great deals so have a listen. taken in CHICAGO TITLE ESCROW by @themikearias

The wheels aren’t coming off this market yet but we can use a wheel alignment and balance the tires for sure. All in all, it’s still pretty stable. Have a listen. taken in LOVELANDS AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE INC. by @themikearias

THEY BACKED OUT! 🚨

After 35 years of serving this community, our buyers for Las Brisas Restaurant pulled out at the absolute last minute... After many attempts to communicate, to get updates on when they are sending the money, they didn’t even respond to escrow, or me personally! Not good business at all! It’s a chicken shit move! just be straight up!

This a massive blow to our family, our staff, and the momentum we built.

While we regroup and navigate this unexpected pivot, we refuse to close our doors completely.
We are staying open with a modified schedule and a smaller menu until we find the right replacement buyer who wants to carry on this legacy or start their own.

You can still come by for your favorites, our legendary margaritas, Taco Tuesday, and everything else you’ve loved for decades.

We appreciate every single one of you who has shown up and supported us through thick and thin.

If you or someone you know is looking to take over a turnkey restaurant space and keep a local staple alive, please reach out or share this post. Let’s keep the tradition going! 🙌🌮

We appreciate you! 🙏🏻
