Hi, I’m Laurina Emiliani! ✨

With over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, I’ve had the privilege of owning and operating two very successful businesses. Along the way, I’ve had the honor of working with amazing professionals who often sought my advice, and that inspired me to share my knowledge on a larger scale.

That’s how my journey as an author began—starting with my first book Shift to Thrive, which was incredibly well-received, and then followed by Echoes of Growth, another huge hit! I’m beyond excited to announce that my third book is on the way! #comingsoon 📚

I’m deeply passionate about helping others achieve their goals and dreams as leaders. As a certified mindset and transformation coach, it would be an absolute honor to support anyone looking to elevate their career and make their next big move.

Let’s connect! I’m here to help you thrive. 💫

“The power of Time”-Time is our most valuable asset and one that can’t ever be recovered. It is so important to understand TIME must never be taken for granted. Nobody has the ability to buy it, or save it. Unfortunately, just as anything else when you think you have plenty of it, we tend to waste it.
Prioritizing spending time with family, a close circle of friends, doing those things that gives you a sense of significance like playing music or taking a gardening project can be very relaxing, and it may also ignite creativity. For some people it may be playing a sport, of going fishing. Whatever it is, it’s important to value time we give ourselves and others to engage, share and impact others. Be a good steward of the resources given to us. Time being on the top of that list. #thepoweroftime #echoesofgrowth #echoesofgrowth-thejournal #echoesofgrowthworkshop #laurinaemiliani #laurinaemilianicoach #laurinaemilianifinancing #uplevelcoaching #leadership #mindsettransformation by @theminuteofwisdom

The Visionary Leader: know that you cannot steer a ship while looking backward. Forgiving yesterday isn’t about forgetting; it is about reclaiming your focus. It’s about deciding the past will never determine your future.
Clear the rearview mirror so you can vision the horizon.✨ Forgive the past. Forge your tomorrow.

✨ Leadership does not begin when people notice you.
It begins in the quiet decisions no one sees.
🗝️ How you steward your time.
🗝️ How you handle responsibility.
🗝️ How you choose discipline over excuses.
🗝️ How you lead when there is no applause.
✨A title may give you visibility,
but character gives you credibility.
📖 Echoes of Growth is a journey through transformation, discipline, and purpose—written to challenge you, strengthen you, and call you higher.
🔥 Preorders are coming soon.
👉 Follow, share this post, and stay tuned for the official preorder announcement.

If you go on a road trip do you plan your route ahead if your trip?Or you just drive without a specific plan to follow? If you do you may end up somewhere…but may be nowhere close to where you wanted to go. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Stay focused. Plan ahead for 2026 and make it big!

Leadership is not a privilege, its Serving and Responsibility. Luke 12:48 says, “To whom much is given, much will be required.” That sounds like accountability. The higher you rise, the more responsibility you carry. True leaders, like Jesus don’t shift the burden, don’t pass the blame, No! He embraced it and took it to the cross.
Challenge: Are you leading for Perks or for Purpose? Take responsibility in one area today, even if it hurts. Lead with courage!! #Theminuteofwisdom #leadingwithcourage #perksorpurpose #laurinaemiliani #laurinaemilianicoach #echoesofgrowth #shifttothrive #cambioshaciaelexito #personaldevelopment #uplevelcoaching #mindsettransformation #leadershipcoaching #leadership by @theminuteofwisdom

Influence over Position:
Mathew 5:13-16
Influence is not about name-plates or titles. Influence is not about positions. Positions do not influence. Its about your character, integrity, your consistency that inspires higher to reach higher and be better.
“A city on a hill cannot be hidden”…you can exercise influence from where you are now., at home, your kids, your friends, at work and even your community.
Beware of the dimmers. Get them off your path and continue to shine. Let people see Jesus in you! Not in what you say, but what you do because your life is your living testimony.
