Birds, flocking, and staying together. That’s how the saying goes right? 📜 From my personal wardrobe that I realized I do not wear. Maybe you could show this more love than I have? 🫵 The potassium fade on the tee is so sick honestly. Giving it a plum like colour, I wonder what the blank looked like before the treatment 🧐 The hoodie is also sooo soft. Using a double jersey knit with different material on the inside and out. Back To School University Of Philippines Capsule 📚🇵🇭 1990s University of Philippines Tees 🎓 All found in BRAND NEW condition and hand printed can you imagine that. 😮‍💨. Official school merch features the “Maroons” tag which is a nod to the school’s sport team “University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons”. Also featuring my father’s 1982 CMT (Citizen Military Training) 🪖 certificate which was a mandatory military and disciplinary course for college and university students at that time! 📖 All size XL 23.5 x 27.5 Dm to purchase 🏷️ An early 1900s picture of the Diliman campus featuring the school’s crest U of P “Oblation” Tee. Featuring a repeated print of the Oblation statue sculpted by Guillermo Tolentino. 🖌️ It depicts a man nude with open arms symbolizing a selfless offering of oneself to the country 🇵🇭 A group of students gathered in front of the Oblation statue. University of Philippines Diliman Tee Diliman is the flagship institution of U of P, constructed in 1949 post-WWII following the destruction of its original facilities. 🎓 A group of fraternity students posted up on the Diliman campus. ✏️ As we can analyze Filipinos at that time were as influenced by western culture’s fashion as much as other eastern countries at that time such as Korea and Japan. Levis 501s, western belts, crisp white tees, so sick. 😮‍💨 University of Philippines “Bird Crest” Tee The crest features an American Eagle, representing courage, power, and academic freedom. It is also a nod to Philippines ties with America, as it was founded while Philippines was under America’s colonial rule in 1908. 🇺🇸🤝🇵🇭 Palma Hall on the UP campus. Named after Rafael Palma who served as Philippines fourth president 👣 It is a place well known for its student activism.
