Khaleesi the Dragon Mother endorses vaginal estrogen. 🐉🀄️🐲

Excited to share that the FDA is considering making vaginal estrogen available over the counter as soon as 2027—a potentially life-changing move for many. This medication not only helps maintain vaginal health and elasticity but also reduces the risk of yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, and UTIs, which can be serious. If you’re 45 or older and want to keep things healthy and comfortable, you don’t have to wait—you can get a tube from Mark Cuban’s Cost Plus Drugs for just $13 without insurance with a Rx from your doctor.

“The M Factor 2. Before the Pause.” A movie about Perimenopause!!! Packed house!!!

While watching, I was in awe of my featured doctor girlfriends, pointing at the screen screaming “I know her”!!! @drrachelrubin @drmilhouse @drvondawright @kellycaspersonmd

I spoke on the panel at the end. The conversation with the audience was really engaging.

Thank you Dr Nicole Perrotte @thrivewellmd for your hard work and dedication. You are the reason this event happened and at the highest level possible! You packed the theatre, the raffle gifts were top notch!! I’m so impressed with you.😘😘😘

Meet Dr. Erica Jones, MD, a board-certified Family Medicine physician and founder of Motivated Medical Group, a virtual care direct pay practice built around access, convenience, and innovation.

@drericajones is a graduate of Meharry Medical College with more than 15 years of clinical experience and over 5 years of telemedicine experience. Her work across traditional and virtual healthcare has shaped her belief that technology should not replace the physician-patient relationship; it should make high-quality care more accessible.

Her work focuses on using innovation to remove unnecessary barriers to healthcare, improve patient education, and give people more options for when, where, and how they receive care.

“I believe innovation in healthcare should make care more human, not less. Technology gives us an opportunity to remove barriers, meet patients where they are, and help people address health concerns before small problems become bigger ones.”
— Dr. Erica Jones

At Motivated Medical Group, Dr. Jones combines evidence-based medicine with a modern virtual care model designed for real life. Patients can connect with a physician for appropriate common health concerns, medication refills, rashes, allergies, urinary symptoms, respiratory illnesses, pink eye, and more often without leaving home.

For Dr. Jones, telemedicine is more than convenience. It is a tool for expanding access, improving health literacy, and reimagining what patient-centered healthcare can look like.

“The future of healthcare isn’t simply digital. It’s accessible, connected, patient-centered, and designed to meet people where they are.”

Fall Photos 🍂🍁

💙LL loves all vehicles especially garbage trucks right now. He requested a new big boy bed and he transitioned yesterday to a twin bed for the first time. He slept thru the night! He enjoys his naps. He drinks a lot of water and is in touch with his Asian side by dipping his meat into special hot sauce made by Yaya. He is tapping into his imagination quite a bit during independent play. He’s speaking up a storm. He enjoys wrestling and pushing heavy boxes around the house. His current fave read is The Whispering Rabbit. He wears a size 11 shoe. In 5-6T clothes. He’s tall and thick.

🩷Jilliloo loves all things pink and dresses. She’s a runner, super agile symmetrically. She’s cut up with abs already! She loves wearing pigtails or a French braid with bows in her hair. She enjoys putting on “makeup” with me and playing in kenetic sand. She doesn’t like spicy food. She likes macaroni and cheese without the cheese, which I guess is just pasta! lol She’s loves reading, her current fave story is Bambi. She’s hilarious with her pensive, curious and disapproving facial expressions. She wears a size 11 shoes. In 5-6T clothes bc of her height. Shes tall and slim.
