I always held this business ides very close to my heart. It’s something I always thought about but was too afraid to execute. My favorite thing to do was to go into stores that were “broken” and work with the teams there to make them as successful as possible. It was always so fulfilling to see the change people can make with the right direction and people around. This is taking all of that and giving it to the world. It’s what Kasie would’ve wanted. Getting closer to what this actually means. I’m really excited to put this all out into the world and make real life leadership development accessible to everyone.

People say to launch fast and pivot and I thought that’s what I did. However, I have a habit of taking on A LOT. I work a full time job, am finishing my bachelors degree, help my cousin with his 3 kids while he works 84 hours a week right now (btw I don’t know how GOOD parents do it) try to get enough sleep for my anxiety, faith formation and church, and getting my own confirmation stuff done makes even taking an everything shower seem like a lot some weeks. Much less, working on growing a business that requires me to show up every day.

This business is my passion and I want it to always feel like that. It has always been about conversations and connection about the modern day workplace. Building and thriving in workplaces that are inclusive, not toxic, and inspire growth and hard work. Somewhere along the way I think I made it more than that in my head and well it kinda started to feel like a chore when in reality I could literally talk about this for hours and have done that.

So with that being said, here is the pivot. This will always be a place for conversation and connection without the need for this to be how I quit my full time job. I’m going to leave that to the marketing degree I have. If this ever turns into more then it does. But for now, this is going to be a place I share my real thoughts, my real feelings, and whatever happens well then it happens.

The membership will still be active but for only $10 a month. And I will still be doing live trainings and different things there. But it will mainly be conversations and connection. The way I dreamed it in my brain like 3 years ago.

I’m begging you to go to college if you’re able to. If you want to start an online business do so after you have experience or education in the field you want to start a business in. Learn accounting, learn marketing, computer science, but please don’t rely on the word of someone on the internet as an end all be all. Work on your business plan while you network, educate yourself, and make connections with people at school. Start your business while you’re in school. Charge what you’re worth but don’t ever forget why you started in the first place.

We all want money and me personally? I LOVE money. I love making it. I love spending it. But I also get so much fulfillment from other people making a lot of money. And I want my people to make a lot of money.
