You don’t need a strict diet, a perfect morning routine, or to “do it all” to create the life you want.

That’s why I created The MOD Method, my “everything in moderation” approach to health and life.

It’s about progress you can actually enjoy and sustain, without giving up what matters most to you.

Because your health isn’t just about what you eat or how you move.
💡 Stress might not be from your workload, it could be from a relationship.
💡 Anxiety might not be about your job, it could be tied to finances.
💡 Fatigue might not be about sleep, it could be from carrying too much mentally or emotionally.

When we look at the whole picture, we can uncover the real source of what’s holding you back, and create meaningful change.

Inside my group coaching program, we:
✨ Get clear on what matters most
✨ Identify areas you’re not content with and set goals that light you up
✨ Take small, intentional actions that fit into your real life
✨ Build consistency without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking.

Wow, what a day!

This week I had the privilege of speaking at a summit for women in finance, an incredible event that brought together over 1,400 women (and some men too!) both in the room and online across Aus, NZ, Fiji & PNG.

The day was filled with energising speakers, practical workshops, and powerful stories from inspiring leaders.

I ran a session on Sparking Action in Your Health and Life, because when you’re a busy working mum or professional, your own wellbeing, goals and dreams are often the first thing to slip.

But here’s the truth I shared:
👉 I believe in a future where wellbeing isn’t something we squeeze into our lives, it’s how we live, lead, and succeed.

I’m so grateful to wear two hats, one as a leader in Procurement, and one as a certified Health Coach and to bring them together to inspire real change 🙌

To all the new faces here from the event, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and part of this journey. I truly appreciate it.

💙 SAVE this for the next time you tell yourself, “I’ll start when life calms down.”

If you’re waiting for work to slow down, the kids to be less busy or life to feel a little less chaotic before you start focusing on yourself and your goals, you could be waiting a long time.

Because the reality is, there’s always going to be something!

Here’s what I’d do instead 👇

Start by choosing ONE thing you’ve been wanting to do for yourself.

Maybe it’s getting back into exercise, starting a course, working towards a career goal or simply making more time for something you enjoy.

Then ask yourself:

What’s ONE small action I could take towards this in the next 7 days?

Not a complete lifestyle overhaul. Just one realistic step.

Put it in your diary and treat it like any other commitment.

And remember, this isn’t about doing MORE.

It’s about creating space for the things that matter to YOU. Your health, your goals, your passions or something you’ve been dreaming about doing but keep putting off.

Because life doesn’t have to slow down for you to start moving forward.

Small, intentional actions create momentum over time. 💙

✨ FOLLOW @themodmethod_ for practical, realistic ways to create clarity, take action and build momentum towards the life you want, without having to do everything perfectly.

A little reminder as you head into a new week 💙

How often do we put something off because we’re waiting for the right time, a clear plan or to feel more motivated?

Whether it’s getting back into exercise, working towards a career goal or finally doing something you’ve wanted to do for yourself, it’s easy to get caught up in planning rather than actually starting.

The thing is, you don’t need to have it all figured out to make progress.

Sometimes all it takes is 10 minutes, one small decision or that first step you’ve been putting off.

And once you start, the next step often feels a little easier.

So as you plan your week, ask yourself:

✨ What’s ONE small action I can take this week towards something that matters to me?

Start there. Small steps build momentum, and momentum builds confidence.

💙 Save this as a reminder and follow @themodmethod_ for practical tips and tools to create clarity, take action and build momentum towards the life you want — without needing to do everything perfectly.

One of the biggest things I learnt from studying while working full-time and raising two young kids was that small pockets of time really do add up.

It wasn’t always easy. I had to make choices, be disciplined with my time and accept that I couldn’t do everything at once.

But it was worth it.

And it’s a lesson I’ve carried into so many other areas of my life.

We often tell ourselves we’ll start when life slows down, when the kids are older, when work isn’t so busy…

But what if you didn’t have to wait?

What if you could start with just an hour or two a week?

💙 If you’re a busy working mum who wants to make progress on your own goals while juggling work, family and everything in between, follow @themodmethod_ for practical tips and real-life inspiration to help you make it happen.

I know how easy it is to start the week with a never-ending to-do list and feel like you’re constantly chasing your tail.

Between leading a team, raising two kids and running my own business, I’ve learnt that the key isn’t trying to fit everything in. It’s getting clear on what actually matters.

One thing that’s made a big difference for me is taking a little time to plan my week.

Here’s what I do:

1️⃣ Get everything out of my head and onto paper. Work, family, appointments, life admin, all of it!

2️⃣ Look at my calendar. What’s already locked in? Where are the busy days and where do I have some space?

3️⃣ Choose my priorities. What actually needs to happen this week, and what can wait?

4️⃣ Make time for ME. Exercise, personal goals and things I enjoy go into the calendar too.

5️⃣ Keep it flexible. Because let’s face it, life with kids rarely goes exactly to plan!

It doesn’t mean every week runs smoothly, but it does mean I start with more clarity and feel less overwhelmed.

And remember, the goal isn’t to get everything done. It’s to make progress on what matters most.

💙 Save this for when you plan next week and follow @themodmethod_ for more practical tips to create clarity, take action and make time for the things you want.

Sunday reminder 💙

It’s easy to head into a new week with a long list of things that need to get done.

Work, kids, appointments, life admin… the list goes on!

But what about the things that matter to YOU?

The workout you’ve been meaning to fit in, time with a friend, or that personal goal you keep putting off?

Before the week takes over, spend 10 minutes thinking about what you want to make time for.

You don’t need to plan every minute. Just get clear on your priorities and make space for them.

Because if you don’t make time for what matters, everything else will fill the space.

What’s one thing you’re making time for this week? I’d love to know in the comments!

When was the last time you stopped to think about whether the goals you’re working towards are still the right ones for you?

Last week, I ran a team development day at work, and one of the activities we did was a simple goal-setting exercise.

We reflected on our previous goals, considered what we wanted to develop and experience over the coming year, and then identified 1–2 meaningful goals to focus on.

And it got me thinking about how important this process is outside of work too.

Because when we’re busy juggling careers, family and everything else life throws at us, it’s easy to keep moving without stopping to think about where we’re actually heading.

And sometimes the goals we set 12 months ago aren’t the goals that matter to us today.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. But taking time to reflect, get clear on what matters and choose where to focus can make a big difference.

Whether it’s your career, health, relationships or something you’ve always wanted to do for yourself, your goals deserve some attention too.

Swipe through for the simple process we used. 👉

💙 Save this one and give yourself 15 minutes this week to try it.

You’re managing deadlines, meetings, projects and competing priorities at work. Then there’s the kids, family commitments and the never-ending to-do list at home.

But how much time and effort are you putting into managing YOU?

I recently shared this message on stage at the WorldCC Summit as the Wellbeing Ambassador, and it’s something I think we need to talk about more.

As busy working mums, we’re often incredibly good at planning, organising, problem-solving and making sure everything gets done.

Yet when it comes to our own health, energy, wellbeing and personal goals, they’re often the first things to fall off the list.

Imagine if we put as much intention and effort into looking after ourselves as we do managing everything else in our lives.

Not by adding another 10 things to our to-do lists or trying to do everything perfectly.

But by giving ourselves the same attention we give our work. Setting priorities, making a plan and taking small, consistent actions.

Because looking after yourself isn’t something you do once everything else is done.

You are your greatest asset. And you’re worth investing in. 💙

If you’re a busy working mum who wants to keep growing, achieving and feeling your best without the overwhelm, follow @themodmethod_ for practical tips and tools to make it happen.

Ever feel like you’ve got a million things to do and no idea where to start? 🙋‍♀️

Between work, kids, appointments, running a household and trying to find time for your own goals, it’s no wonder life can feel overwhelming.

As a working mum juggling a busy corporate career, family and everything in between, I’ve learnt that the answer isn’t trying to do more.

Here’s what I actually do when everything feels like a lot:

1️⃣ Get everything out of my head.

Work deadlines, kids’ activities, appointments, things I’ve been putting off. I write it ALL down. Getting it out of my head helps me see what I’m actually dealing with.

2️⃣ Ask myself 3 questions.

✔️ What actually needs to happen this week?

✔️ What can wait?

✔️ What can I let go of?

Because not everything is urgent or equally important, even when it feels that way.

3️⃣ Choose my top 3 priorities.

Rather than trying to tackle everything, I focus on what matters most and break it into small, achievable actions. It’s about making progress, not doing everything perfectly.

4️⃣ Put myself on the list.

A 20-minute walk, a coffee with a friend or time to work towards one of my own goals. Because my needs and ambitions matter too.

💙 The biggest thing I’ve learnt? You don’t need to do everything to feel like you’re moving forward.

Sometimes you just need to clear the clutter, get clear on what matters and take one small step.

📌 Save this for the next time your to-do list feels never-ending.

And follow @themodmethod_ for realistic tips to create clarity, take action and make progress towards the life you want, without adding more to your plate.

Performance reviews shouldn’t be a one-way conversation. 🎙️

If you’re juggling a busy job, managing a team and everything else life throws at you, I know how easy it is to go into performance reviews with a long list of things you want to cover.

But sometimes the most valuable thing we can do as leaders is talk less and listen more.

I’ve recently finished annual performance reviews with my own team, and one thing I’ve found really helpful is preparing a few thoughtful questions that encourage reflection, ownership and growth.

Here are a few of my favourites:

What are you most proud of achieving this year?

What’s been your biggest challenge, and what have you learnt from it?

What capabilities or experiences would help you grow next year?

What would you like to achieve over the next 12 months?

What’s one thing I could do differently as your leader to help you be even more successful?

You don’t need to ask them all. Sometimes just one good question can completely change the direction of a conversation.

And remember, once you’ve asked the question, give them space to answer!

💙 Save this for your next performance review or share it with someone who’s leading a team.
