As I sit here waiting for my kid @pinnaclecounselingca, this thought hit me.

I never see a post about going to therapy with your kids, but I know many do. Heck, I've even referred a ton of my mama friends who've reached out asking for a referral because their child is struggling.

Guess what I spotted on my escape from the elementary school's Friday morning sing-along? What I wish I’d told myself before starting HRT instead of waiting so long to put myself first. 🤷‍♀️

A little over a year later, I feel so much better ✨🙌🏼 my sparkle is making a comeback ✨ #raisegoodhumans #momculture #perimenopausehealth #midlife Still figuring out sleep. Still have ADHD. Apparently, that wasn’t included 😂 and no HRT didn’t make it go away 🫠

A year into HRT, my sparkle is coming back. ✨

I’m feeling so much better, but still making adjustments. Sleep is a work in progress 😴 and apparently HRT did not evict my ADHD 💊Plot twist. 🫠

What I wish I’d told myself sooner: Sarah, you are worth seeking help and investing in outside of traditional methods 🙄 aka insurance 💸
