A little taste of home 🇿🇦❤️ My South African oxtail with rich gravy, tender veggies, and rice to soak up every last drop. A girl must eat! 🍲

🛒 Ingredients:
• 1 package oxtail
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cloves
• Onions, garlic, celery, carrots, and potatoes
• 1 1/2 cups water or beef broth
• Bisto to thicken the gravy
• Rice for serving

Season your oxtail and add it to your pressure cooker with the onions, garlic, celery, and carrots. Add 1 1/2 cups of water or beef broth.

Pressure cook for 60–70 minutes, safely release the pressure, then add the potatoes and pressure cook for another 30 minutes.

Once the pressure is safely released, stir in Bisto to thicken the sauce to your liking. Serve over rice with plenty of that beautiful gravy. 🤎

Save this recipe for your next comfort-food craving!

#ad Y’all know I love my steak, but sometimes a girl just wants chocolate! 🤎🥩 This flourless skillet brownie is rich, gooey, and made with just FIVE ingredients.

Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter protein powder makes this dessert an easy way to add protein! 🍫

Save this recipe 👇

🤎 1 packet (30g) Devotion Brownie Batter protein powder
🤎 1 egg yolk
🤎 1 tbsp melted butter
🤎 3 tbsp heavy cream
🤎 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

Mix the protein powder, egg yolk, melted butter, and cream until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and spoon into a greased 4–5-inch oven-safe skillet.

Bake at 325°F for 8–12 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is still soft. Let rest for 3–5 minutes. Don’t overbake—the gooey middle is the best part! 🥄

And a girl must eat! 🤎
