Yesterday, The Moore brought together an outstanding community of professionals, leaders, athletes, physicians, creatives, and guests to explore one essential question: what can sports teach us about living longer, better, and with purpose?

During the evening, Dr. Uberto Mondolfi highlighted the importance of integrating movement, health, and a balanced lifestyle as fundamental pillars of true longevity. His remarks focused on exercise not only as a tool for physical performance, but also as an essential part of well-being, prevention, and long-term quality of life.

The event also explored life after professional sports, the search for purpose when competition ends, the influence of athleisure on the way we dress and live, and the role of movement as one of the most powerful tools for improving both lifespan and health span.
