I give God all the glory for what’s happening in my life. I’ve surrendered my life to Him, committed to walking in obedience, and He has surrounded me with incredible people. 🙏🏽

To any young man or woman who looks up to me: surrender to God, believe in Him, and work on yourself every single day. Every morning you get to wake up is a gift another opportunity to grow, love others, and live with purpose. 🌎

First half marathon officially in the books! 🏅🏃🏽‍♂️ What’s next? I’m thinking a full marathon, maybe a HYROX. Let’s win! 🔥#marathon #Belief #NeverStopped #Energy #Growth

MEET EMILIO VALENTIN. ❤️🥬

There were only supposed to be five.

The team was finished.

Then there was Emilio.

I couldn’t leave this kid off.

Not because he has everything figured out—but because I genuinely believe we are watching the early stages of who he is going to become.

Emilio has seen the other side.

Addiction. The streets. Violence. Jail. Treatment. Sober living.

He knows what it feels like to need a way out.

And now, every single day, I watch him become the light I think he was searching for when he was younger.

God first. 🙏🏽

He chooses discipline.
He chooses health.
He chooses hard things.
He pushes men to make better decisions.
He motivates younger people who might be walking the same roads he once did.

And people are listening.

They’re messaging him telling him his words are helping them through their own battles.

That’s impact.

This kid is an absolute unit physically—but that’s honestly the least impressive thing about him.

What impresses me is his heart.

His faith. His discipline. His willingness to be vulnerable. And his refusal to let his past become an excuse for his future.

I see so much potential in Emilio.

He isn’t the finished product. He’s just getting started.

And I believe one day we’re going to look back at this version of him and realize we were watching the beginning of something special.

Your past gave you a story, Emilio.

Now become the light you once needed. ❤️‍🔥

Welcome to the team, #6. ❤️🥬

If there’s one thing I want you to take away from what I preach and practice daily, it’s this: Stay in constant pursuit of becoming better. 💯

We will never be perfect. We will make mistakes. We will fall short. But that doesn’t mean we stop growing, learning, and improving.

Perfection isn’t the goal. Progress is. 📈

Be better mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Every single day.

Keep growing. Keep evolving. Keep going. 🙏🏽🔥

🚨 TO THE YOUTH! 🚨

Life is a constant pursuit of becoming better EVERY DAY! 💯

There’s no secret sauce. Discipline, consistency, accountability, and surrounding yourself with the right people will put you light-years ahead of your peers.

Stay humble. Stay focused. Keep showing up.

Progress over perfection! 🚀🔥

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” — Colossians 3:15 🕊️

Over the past couple of months, I’ve woken up every day with a sense of peace and gratitude. I give all the glory to God. Jesus is working in my life, and I’m learning to keep showing up with obedience, consistency, and discipline. Every step forward is a reason to thank Him. 🙏🏽

I’m at peace with where I am today. I’m thankful to be alive. Thankful for my mentors, my friends, and the people God continues to place in my life. I still have growing to do, but I’m grateful for how far He’s brought me.

My prayer is that we bring more peace, kindness, joy, and encouragement into this world through the way we treat one another.

To everyone on this platform: I appreciate you. Thank you for being part of my journey.

A new month. A new opportunity. We’re still breathing, and that alone is a reason to be thankful. 🤍#God#energy#growth#gratitude#speaker by @themostmotivated

Last night was an incredible experience getting the opportunity to speak to the youth. 🥊🙏🏽

It was brief, but it was meaningful. More importantly, it was the beginning of something new.

I know I have a lot of growing and learning to do, but I’m grateful God is opening doors for me to make a positive impact on the next generation.

Every great journey starts somewhere. This is just the beginning.

GOOD MORNING! ☀️ #youth#motivation#inspire#yns#sober by @themostmotivated

Every day, I try to share tips that have helped me move forward and stack wins in my own life. My goal is to reach the youth and anyone who could use some encouragement. 🤝🏽

I’m still learning and growing, and I want to pass those lessons along. Small wins add up. Keep taking action, and keep going. 💪🏽📈#motivation#growth#mindset#sober#kids by @themostmotivated

God speaks to me every single day, and I know He wants my actions to reflect my faith and everything I stand for.

The youth the kids mean everything to me. I want to encourage them, guide them, and be someone they can look up to. That starts with holding myself accountable and living the values I speak about. This is the direction I’m going, and I’m walking in it with purpose.#youth#mentor#funny#believe#comeon by @themostmotivated

My true intention is to help people move forward to motivate, inspire, and show what the human body is capable of through discipline and consistent effort.

It’s simple, but it’s not easy. Show up, put in the work, and go make something happen today. 💪🏽🔥#motivation#inspire#growth#mindset#energy by @themostmotivated

Good morning! ☀️ I usually post in the evenings, but my batteries are supercharged in the morning! From here on out, expect a video every morning to help you start your day with energy and purpose.

Thank you for all the love and support. I appreciate every one of you. Let’s keep going! 💪 #motivation#inspire#growth#mindset#sober by @themostmotivated

My reels are going to be more intentional, focused on staying away from drugs and alcohol, prioritizing physical fitness, and taking care of our mental health. 💪🧠

If you see one of my videos, please share it. You never know who needs that encouragement to make a change. 🙏

I appreciate all the support. Love you guys. Keep going! ❤️ #health#sober#mindset#motivation#energy by @themostmotivated
