My friend Joey from @defiant_baking had a grand opening and asked me to film it. He’s been working hard to make us all the best focaccia bread with the very best ingredients and now he is located @tandem_bikes_and_brews. If you haven’t had any of his bread, pizza, sandwiches or cookies, you’re definitely missing out but guess what? Now you (YES YOU) have the opportunity to get yourself some fresh baked goodness and enjoy your day in downtown Lodi.

John from @wtfbeerco and I went all over @lodi.certified.farmers.market to find out where the fermentation we could find a great beer in Lodi. Well we went walking and we found the best beer in town at @dancingfoxwinery, @smackpiepizza, @tandem_bikes_and_brews, @brickhousedining, @nashandtender, @the_rootedlounge, @westoaknosh, @brixandhops, @elpazcificomexicangrill_ and @markettavernlodi. I wouldn’t necessarily advise them one after the other but we tried and it was great every time. 🍻🍻 taken in Downtown Lodi by @themotionbureau

On a chilly Sunday, I’m excited to let you know that my documentary short, “The Seed That Grows” is finally available on YouTube. I really wanted everyone who was in the film to be able to see it at some kind of screening before I released it publicly. After two very successful showings, first at the @mainzermerced put on by the @centralvalleyfilmclub and the second put on by @lucas_winery I am very excited to share the link and let everyone watch it at home. It looks pretty good in 4k on a big screen 😉

Thank you again to @honestacrefarm, @thekitchenatsb, @parksbarksbbq and @bokischvineyards for letting me behind the scenes and showing a different version of agriculture and culinary arts. Like I have been saying, go spend your money with people in the community like them, because they work very hard to create great things.

Special thanks to @defiant_baking for being awesome and helping create this entire project with me as well as @centralvalleyfilmclub for creating a really fantastic film festival and giving me a bit of incentive to get something done that I’d want a crowd of strangers to enjoy. Also @lucas_winery and @callmenoah for hosting a movie that they were not directly involved with but wanted to show it because they want community and connection to grow in our area.

We need sustainable agriculture and we need to sustain sustainable agriculture by spending money at farmer’s markets, following their social media posts, visiting the farms. If you don’t know how to start, talk to Matt at @honestacrefarm. He will tell you about a lot of farms just like his making a conscious decision to grow for the present as well as the future.

Please do me a favor and watch it, share it, watch it again. I would love nothing more than for as many strangers as possible to find out about the growth that can be made in our community.

I’m so excited to share the trailer for The Seed That Grows, my documentary film premiering at the @centralvalleyfilmclub End Of Summer Film Festival.

Thank you to @honestacrefarm @thekitchenatsb @parksbarksbbq and @bokischvineyards for allowing me into your world and letting me capture a story of hard work in the Central Valley. Tickets are sold out but I’m hoping we can put together an event to show this off because it’s a very important story for our area.

It’s pretty cool to see how the Panasonic GH6 can be pushed in V-Log. My son Jackson was lifting and I figured it was a good time to try and find some dynamic range shots in the garage. Such a blast filming @ayla_tuua2026 for @moorebats. She’s one of the top softball players in the country, can hit nukes and she’s still in high school! Whoever is getting her for their program is going to get an amazing player. Also you can’t go wrong filming at the California version of the Field of Dreams @moorebats!

The project was to promote the Moorebats Nuke, a one of a kind training bat designed to build strength and drop bombs on the opposition. Pretty nice when you film and your talent hits homers on command.

Despite what it may seem, we don’t just film baseball or softball content, although we are good at it. If you have a product or need some extra pop for your social media, let’s put your work in MOTION.
