They told me… “This is SO you.”

And for the first time… I didn’t argue.

Because the truth is
this version of me has always been there.

She was just buried under fear…
self-doubt…
and the belief that I wasn’t good enough.
But not anymore.

After years of doing the inner work, I can finally see it
this IS me.

And in a few days, I turn 64. This is the woman I’m choosing to show up as every single day.

I’m Mary Graham, founder of Mindset Rewritten 💜

And I help women just like you…

✨ Overcome fear
✨ Build real confidence
✨ Step into the life you know you’re meant for

Because that version of you?
She’s not a dream.
She’s waiting.

Tell me, what version of YOU is ready to come out?

Totally unbelievable!

36" of snow in 2 days. Blowing and drifting. I'm 5' 3 so you can see how high this got.

This is how we dig out! Road is still drifted shut.

Where do we put all this snow??!!

30 days of kicking butt... LITERALLY! 🍑😂 Actually 31 but who's counting!

October's donkey-kick challenge is officially DONE! 🎉

Was every day easy? HA! Not even close.

Some days I had energy. Other days I was running on coffee and determination.

But I'm celebrating another completed challenge and reminding myself that progress doesn't have to be perfect.

Now this tired woman is off to work on Halloween! 🎃👻

What are YOU celebrating as October comes to an end? 💜

You track your workouts...but do you track your money?

I've been keeping up with my donkey kicks, but financial fitness deserves some attention, too!

Here's your Wealth Wednesday challenge:
Check your subscriptions and recurring charges. You might discover you're paying for something you don't even use!

Stronger body. Stronger money habits. One stringer choice at a time. 💜

The year isn't over. Neither are you. 💜

We're in the home stretch! October is almost over, the holidays are coming, and there's still so much we want to accomplish.

Maybe you haven't reached every goal you set this year. Neither have I!

But I'm not throwing in the towel just because the finish line is getting closer.

Whether it's your health, your mindset, or your finances, choose ONE thing you can move forward this week.

Let's finish with intention, not regret!

What if today is the day you stop starting over?

Some days are harder than others. Believe me, I know.

But this morning I woke up feeling grateful for another opportunity to make a different choice.

A healthier habit. A better mindset. One small step toward the life I want to create.

We don't have to change everything overnight.

We just have to keep building.

Mind • Body • Money. One stronger choice at a time. 💜

What's one habit you're working on?

What if you stopped trying to change EVERYTHING every Monday?

You don't need a complete life makeover this week.

You need one small habit you can repeat.

Whether it's moving your body, checking your finances, or taking one step toward a goal, consistency builds confidence.

And when life gets messy? Adjust. Don't give up.

One stronger choice at a time.

Who says you have to wait for something BIG to celebrate? 💃

It's been a great week, the donkey kicks are done, and apparently I felt the need to throw in a little happy dance! 😂

Sometimes joy is in the little things, moving your body, keeping a promise to yourself, and appreciating a good day.

Life isn't always easy, so when it's good, CELEBRATE IT! 💜🎉

It's Monday again!!

Are you ready for a new week?

New opportunities abound!

We got this!! 💜🙌 by @themrsmarygraham

A hard day doesn't mean you're failing.

Today was supposed to be my day off, and instead of being productive and getting everything done, I hit a wall.

I was exhausted. Overwhelmed. And I needed the day more than I realized.

So no inspirational speech today. No pretending.

I did what I could. I got my movement in, let the rest be messy, and I'm giving myself permission to start fresh tomorrow.

If today wasn't your best day either, don't make it mean more than it does.

It's one day. Not your whole story.

Save this for the next hard one. 💜

What if this week could look completely different?

Maybe last week didn't go as planned. Maybe you fell behind, got discouraged, or kept telling yourself you'll start “when things calm down.”

Leave it there.

A new week means new decisions, new opportunities and new possibilities but only if you're willing to see them.

You don't have to change everything today.

Open your eyes to what's possible, make your next stronger choice, and take one step toward it.

What are you choosing differently this week? by @themrsmarygraham

Apparently we're doing DONKEY KICKS this month. 😂

Did I know what a donkey kick was? Nope.

Did I have to restart my video FOUR times just to get something usable? Yep. 🤦‍♀️

Did I probably look completely ridiculous trying to figure it out? Absolutely.

But I tried it, I laughed at myself, and eventually I got something that resembled a donkey kick. I think.

Sometimes it's good to be a beginner at something and not take yourself so seriously.

It's Friday. I'm calling this a win.

Anybody else ever try a new exercise and think, “What am I even doing?!” Am I even doing them right?? by @themrsmarygraham
