Ruido del Sur: Ritsuz. A night of improvised sound, Chilean creativity and music born between Santiago and London.

Ritsuz is the joint project of Chilean musicians @raimundo_santander & @italo.arauz bringing together guitar, drums, improvisation and an instinct for discovering where the music will go next.

Their debut album, Love and Aroma, was recorded at Old Street Studios in London in October 2025, then mixed and mastered in Santiago, Chile. Now, the album arrives on vinyl via @sello_lago_frio and Mugre has the pleasure to host the record launch at the muddy puddle.

Expect an intimate and unpredictable live set, an artist conversation, and sounds moving somewhere between improvisation, jazz, folk and experimental music.

Setting up the room, a record selection by Junín.

Come curious, support, and leave with a record.

YERBA MATE 101 · FREE WORKSHOP🧉

Yerba mate is made for sharing. In Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and southern Brazil, one gourd gets passed around a circle of friends, family and strangers; and families in Syria and Lebanon have been brewing it for generations too. That circle is called a rueda, and we're starting one at The Muddy Puddle 💚

This workshop is free and made for total beginners and the mate-curious. You'll:
🌿 hear the story of mate, from its Guaraní roots to the Middle East
🫖 learn to prepare it yourself, with hands-on time with the gourd and bombilla
👃 taste different yerbas side by side with our resident mate sommelier
🔄 join a traditional tasting circle (individual cups are available too)
🍹 sip your way through our signature drinks, from Mate Latte to Traditional Brew

No experience is needed and we provide everything :)

📅 SUNDAY 11TH OCTOBER
⏰12PM - 2PM
🎟️ FREE [LINK IN BIO]

We made a music video with the amazing @marswashingtonstudio to celebrate the exclusive listening party event taking place this Saturday. ‘Who Knows’ carries the most rage and the rockiest moments on the album. Check it out on YouTube! 💃🏻🦋

~ Q & A, drinks, live music, an exclusive preview of the record, and celebrating indie labels and artists, this Saturday in Dalston! I am so excited!!!

All you have to do is pre-order a copy of the album from @roughtrade or any other record store ~

~ It’s the same price as a normal gig ticket, only you get an up close and personal evening with myself + a beautiful record + the knowledge that you’re supporting an independent artist releasing their first album🦋💃🏻

Thanks for all your support and love 💃🏻🦋

More exciting news on the way….
