Super thrilled to share this photo of our guests Kate (@kateocedeno )and her husband enjoying a peaceful moment at the entrance of The Mudhaus’ Studio. Kate's maternity photoshoot turned out absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier to have provided the backdrop for such a special occasion.

Thank you to Kate for choosing The Mudhaus’ Studio for her photoshoot, and to the photographer (@bayreedphoto) who captured this moment. It was so hard to choose one!

After nearly eight months away, I’m thrilled to announce that The Tribal Haus is finally ready! This journey, like the first, was deeply therapeutic—an opportunity to dive deep, reflect, and add yet another unique space to The Mudhaus collection.

During this time, I studied the Houston market, questioning whether curating distinctive spaces was still my calling. The answer? A resounding hell-to-tha-yes! Despite trends leaning towards themed spaces, staying true to my own style, aesthetic, and design vision was paramount.

That said, she’s ready when you are…

Despite recent changes impacting short-term rentals in Dallas, our commitment to providing guests with an excellent stay remains unwavering.

The Main Haus has already accommodated several mid to long-term stays, and this summer we had the opportunity to welcome our first mid-to-long term guests in our Studio Haus, and we absolutely love it!

Our accommodations are carefully designed with comfort and style in mind, and are perfect for those seeking a home away from home for an extended period.

Whether you’re here for work, studies, or a new chapter in your life, we’re here to make your stay COZY.

By focusing on mid to long-term stays, we can foster a sense of community and create deeper connections with our guests. Our commitment to providing a safe, **inclusive**, and welcoming environment remains stronger than ever.

While we were excitedly making plans for some major changes to The Main Haus, we forgot to block some days and guess what? It got booked for the entire summer!

While we're sad we won't be able to bring our ideas to life just yet, we're thrilled that our space is in high demand.

For now, I guess we’ll just sit back and enjoy the existing aesthetics for a little while longer.

Speaking of which, here’s our bookshelf in the second bedroom.

It's adorned with vintage photos (some unseen), cameras, and books - many of which were saved from @she.wolfish old graduate school days.

Our goal at @themudhaus is to create a unique sense of harmony between modern and vintage elements, and we hope you feel that as soon as you step inside any of our spaces.

Stay tuned for more updates on what's next for us!
