From the abyss of addiction to the shelves of a bookstore. Who would have imagined? 🩵📚

Today was one of those moments that stopped me in my tracks.

Walking into our beautiful local Mulberry Bush Book Store in Qualicum Beach and seeing my book, BORN ADDICT: Chasing Normal, sitting on the shelf alongside two of my favourite authors, Julia Cameron and Dolores Cannon.

WOW. What a humbling, full-circle moment. 🥹

Writing this book was one of the most gruelling, emotional, and rewarding journeys of my life.

Countless hours, tears, memories revisited, moments of doubt, and the determination to keep going when giving up would have been easier.

But I had a story to tell. And more importantly, a message of hope to share.

Today I’m feeling incredibly grateful for everyone who believed in me, encouraged me, and supported me along the way.🩵

A special thank you to The Mulberry Bush Book Store for supporting local authors and giving our stories a home.

Sometimes the hardest chapters of our lives become the stories that help others find hope. ❤️

With a very grateful heart today. 🙏
