Throwback to May 2026—
New York City will ALWAYS be it's own unique world because that night @jnaibmezzo (who's currently WALKING PARIS FASHION WEEK!!!) got me and @niehobe in a show last minute. Afterwards we hightailed uptown to #ShrineHarlem . Then around 2am-ish @aminahimani who'd just killed her set at #comedycellarnyc sent me a WYA text and pulled up! We danced the night away. Aminah gave me her sneakers because my feet were hurting. J'Nai got serenaded. Niesha was a vibe per usual. Oh what a night! Missing my girls something serious!

These past few months have been a whirlwind and I'm finally getting to post footage from then to now. It's mostly gonna be messy, unedited, unpredictable, and all over the place—so nothing outta the norm 😂🤣😅

Oh and if dont own any of the rights to any of the music playing in the background because if I did, there would be signs. No copyright infringement intended. Don't mute my damn video meta, YouTube, etc! by @thenajahall

10 years of Holy Matrimony!!! TEN!!!!

To some, we’re just getting started. To others, we’ve beat the odds. To us, we’re simply enjoying every. single. day.

Every moment, every season has been a constant, flowing reminder that this place—with one another—is where we’re best.

I still can’t wrap my mind around the fact that 10 calendar years have passed since we said, “I do.” I remember our wedding day as clearly as if it happened yesterday. I remember the music, the feelings, the sounds, the sights, the smells. I remember the excitement and the jitters.

I can instantly recall our first date at #CornerSocialHarlem!

It has all happened so fast, but somehow, it isn’t a blur.

We’ve been blessed to cover so many miles together—to live through seasons, reasons, changes, discoveries and purpose. And through it all, we’ve continued to choose one another.

Now, as we rediscover each other in yet another new season, with an entire decade behind us, I’m reminded of something I know for sure:

We deserve one another.
We’ve earned this love.
We’ve earned this life.

And I’d choose it—and you—all over again.

Happy 10th Anniversary to my beautiful husband, Tony. ❤️

Vulnerable moment… I was SO nervous about speaking at my church. I’ve never stood in a pulpit before, so this was a different kind of nerves—the kind that makes your stomach turn.

When my girl @zboogieog threw my name in the hat for The Day of Beauty, I immediately said YES… and then reality set in. Running @najahallbeauty and being both a student of beauty and a voice in this space, I knew I had something to say—but stepping into that room, in that way, required a different level of courage.

So I started by asking a simple question… who is the most beautiful person you’ve ever seen—and why so many of us don’t think of ourselves. From there, I walked through where our ideas about beauty actually come from—family, culture, survival, and yes… an industry that profits from our insecurity.

I shared my own journey—from being raised in a family where beauty was a standard, to Harlem shifting my perspective, to a moment back home that made me realize beauty isn’t absolute—we’re often just seeing ourselves through someone else’s lens.

And then we got honest about the cycle—what we chase, what we fix, and why there’s never really a “there” to arrive at.

The shift for me was learning to be mindful about how I approach beauty… to move from reaction to intention… and to become my own creative director.

Grateful I pushed through the nerves. Grateful for being welcome into the room. Grateful for the message.

It's gala season! Last night the #HallsOfHarlem tipped over to support the #kappaalphapsi♦️Diamond Scholarship & Charitable Fund's 32nd Annual Gala. Everything was amazing and most importantly a few young scholars won't feel the burden of tuition and college costs! We feel so honored to #Give.
