🍂 October at The Nest is full of opportunities to connect, move, play, and grow together! From our Move Together classes with H2L Studio to the Play • Learn • Grow Festival, there’s plenty happening this month for families in our community. 🤍 Save the dates, bring a friend, and come be part of The Nest this October! by @thenest_ofpa
Thank you to everyone who made last night possible. 🤍 We are feeling so grateful for a beautiful night of coming together — a night to pause, connect, reflect, and celebrate the people who care for us, and the generation raising the next one. A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts, Gruver Farms Winery. We truly cannot recommend them enough for an event — they go above and beyond in every way. Thank you to our event sponsors and supporters: The Snook Group, Charlie Health, and Canoe Creek Commodities. Thank you to our incredible partners who continue to show up for local families: Clear Path Pediatric Therapy, Lively Hive, and Tucker and Co Thank you to our amazing vendors who helped make the evening so special: York Linked, The Charm Bar, Laurel and Crumb, Garton Gardens, Charlie Health, Priscilla Charcuterie, Wild Indigo Florals, and Anna J Photography for capturing the night so beautifully. Thank you to every single person and business who donated to our raffle baskets. Your generosity helped make the night fun, meaningful, and impactful. Above all, thank you to everyone who has played a part in making The Nest possible — our board members, committee members, volunteers, donors, partners, families, and every person who has attended, shared, encouraged, or believed in this work. We have been here for less than a year, and we are only just getting started. It means so much to be able to support local parents and caregivers through educational classes, support groups, community connection, and tangible resources. Last night was such a beautiful reminder of what The Nest is really about: care, connection, and a community willing to show up for one another. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. 🤍 by @thenest_ofpa

October is Infant and Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month. This month, we honor the babies who were loved, longed for, and remembered, and we hold space for the parents and families carrying that loss. Pregnancy and infant loss can be deeply personal and often unseen. There is no timeline for grief, and every story matters. To every parent who has experienced a loss: your baby mattered, your love matters, and you are not alone. This month and always, we remember with love. by @thenest_ofpa
Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to look complicated. 🤍 Movement, rest, and time to recharge can support both your physical and mental well-being. Whether it’s a workout, a walk, stretching, or simply making a little space for yourself, small moments of self-care matter. And sometimes, moving together makes it even better. 💛 Save this as a reminder to take a little time for yourself this week! by @thenest_ofpa
What a wonderful morning of community, connection, and play! We loved being part of today’s Play, Learn & Grow Festival and getting to meet so many York and Cumberland County moms and families! It was so special to see so many incredible local organizations, businesses, and resources come together to support children and families in our community. From educational resources to hands-on activities and opportunities for little ones to play, there was something for everyone! 🫶🏼 Thank you to @thrivinglittlesco for providing the pumpkin spice latte- and farm-themed sensory experience!! We were also happy to have @happyvillageplaycafe join us in providing a free play space for children ages 0–5!
