“Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same” is NOT a compliment. 🥲 Wuthering Heights was Emily’s only novel and what a fantastically horrific way to witness two people destroying each other and successive generations. 10/10. 🤷‍♀️ by @thenetherfieldlibrary

Happy 224th birthday to the one, the only, Alexandre Dumas, author of the best revenge p*rn you’ll ever read. 🔥 All 1283 pages of The Count of Monte Cristo are worth it. by @thenetherfieldlibrary

On this day in 1817, the one and only Jane Austen passed away at age 41. We owe her so much, not the least of which is meme content for eternity. 📚 🕯️ by @thenetherfieldlibrary

And a really summer-transition vibe one for this year! I love my deck so much and I am thrilled that the colors I chose to go with it look as beautiful as I thought they would. 🥰 Happy Fall!! by @thenetherfieldlibrary

Happy first day of fall! This was last year’s Sept 1 beauty to celebrate the new season, all grown by us in our yard (including the best French pumpkin ever, Rouge Vif d’Etampes)! by @thenetherfieldlibrary

I asked Christophe for one shot and one shot only for this winter white beauty. And he did it perfectly. ✨ Thanks @willmusweddings @hg.coit and @samgoesneats by @thenetherfieldlibrary

I never know how a bouquet will turn out. I have plans, most of the time, or a general idea, but sometimes I really don't know how it'll come together. Due to a convergence of stressful situations, I had *one* shot to get this right, no time for questions or do-overs. And sometimes, it's good to work under duress--more than we usually have for events, which is already a lot. Because maybe then, we get an explosion. ✨ Those gloriosa lilies hit me hard. 🥂
