We got the crew back together again this morning! With my schedule as a Firefighter, I am only able to host a class every few weeks now. With Memorial Day around the corner, we had to get some “Murph” prep in, so we did Half Murph. I am glad everyone could make it out. 💪😅🌱 🎉 taken in NewEthic Strength & Conditioning by @thenewethic

Today’s 9:30am class today! Thanks everyone for coming out and putting your best effort in. Today we had a partner workout of 2 Rounds of 1000 meter Row, followed by 50 DB Power Snatch (25/35), then 50 Box Jumps (20”/24”), then a partner 800 meter Run. Thank you @itscolinitscolin @spiritualcramps and @vegansandwiches for this awesome Plaque Award 🏅 for “Coach Smoosh” Apollo 🐸 as Employee of the Year at @thenewethic Gym. He tirelessly gives judgmental glances at every No Rep and holds people to a high standard. All jokes aside, this is a cool gift for me @edbauerfit and I will surely put it up on the walls of the gym very soon. Me and Apollo appreciate you all. We just picked up a second @roguefitness Echo Bike. Expect to see these a little more in programming!🔥🥵 Also today’s program is 30m of:
3 Shoulder Movements 8 Reps Each
20 Cal Echo Bike
4 Different Shoulder Movements 8 Reps Each
20 Cal Echo Bike

One more for today. 5RM Hang Squat Clean finished at 205lbs. @plantbuilt 2023 is the target. With my old man left elbow lack of mobility, I had to regrip before that last rep. 😬 Keep after it folks.
