POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Stop losing hours to busywork, freelancers.

Three AI workflows that hand you back your time:
1. Proposals in minutes - paste the client brief into your AI chat and ask for a draft proposal with pricing.
2. Calls become to-do lists - record the call and let AI pull out every task and deadline.
3. Follow-ups write themselves - one saved prompt, one minute, done.

Which of these three eats the most of YOUR week?

You already made something worth selling.

ONE TEMPLATE — a budget tracker, a packing list, a workout log. Something you built for yourself that works.

CLEAN IT UP — remove your personal entries, add one line at the top explaining how to use it.

SHARE IT — one page, one price, one place people can find it.

The example in these cards is a sample layout, not a sales report. A template is a starting point, not a guaranteed sale.

Read anything in any language.

TOOL 1 — camera translation.
Point your phone camera at a menu, a sign, or a label. The Google Translate app overlays the translation live, free.

TOOL 2 — paste and translate.
Drop a paragraph into a free translator and get the other language back in seconds. Check anything important with a second source.

The examples in these cards are samples, not a fluency promise. Machine translation gets the gist; it still misses nuance.

Still typing receipts into a spreadsheet by hand?

Two free apps turn a photo of any receipt into a spreadsheet row: store, date, total.

Expensify snaps receipts free for individuals with CSV export. Foreceipt scans free for up to 100 receipts.

How many receipts are sitting in your camera roll right now?

Make app feedback easier to act on:

OPEN — start from an agreed screen.
TRY ONE TASK — attempt one specific action.
NOTE FRICTION — record where you hesitated or got stuck.

Then add what you expected, what happened, and the device or browser used.

"I couldn't tell which button starts the timer" is more specific than "confusing." That is a sample report, not a result from a real test.

If you haven't tried it yet, label the document a test plan. by @thenewmindai

Ask AI to separate three kinds of statements:

KNOWN — supported by evidence you checked.
INFERRED — a plausible explanation, not confirmed.
UNKNOWN — what still needs checking.

Example: an upload tool reporting "complete" doesn't establish that the intended recipient can open the shared link.

Prompt:
"Label each key claim known, inferred or unknown. For known claims, identify the supporting evidence."

Check those references yourself. A label can be wrong too. by @thenewmindai

Review one screen with three questions:

ONE PURPOSE — what is this screen for?
READABLE CUE — what tells someone what to do?
OBVIOUS FINISH — how do they know they’re done?

Example: a note field, a “Save note” button, and a visible “Note saved” message.

The cards illustrate a design example, not a tested app. Fewer elements alone don’t prove an interface is usable—watch what happens when someone tries it. by @thenewmindai

No audience? No website? Start an AI side hustle tonight.

1. AI resume rescues - job seekers pay for resumes that get interviews. Feed a resume and the job post to ChatGPT or Claude, and offer one free rewrite to earn your first testimonial.

2. Product descriptions - Etsy sellers and small shops need listings that sell. Give the AI the product details, get polished copy back, and sell a starter pack of five listings.

3. Caption packs - cafes and salons post daily but hate writing. Deliver 30 captions in their voice in one afternoon, then pitch three local shops this week.

Which of these three would you try first? Tell me below.

Give version one a single job:

ONE INPUT — one sample meeting note.
ONE ACTION — extract the action items.
VISIBLE RESULT — a checklist you can compare with the note.

Check whether the list missed anything or invented a task. Don’t silently assign owners or deadlines that weren’t stated.

Accounts, dashboards and integrations can wait while you test that basic job.

A smaller test makes the result easier to inspect. It doesn’t prove the whole product will work. by @thenewmindai

Is this task ready to automate?

REPEATABLE — does the same task recur?
CLEAR INPUT — do you know what starts it?
CHECKABLE OUTPUT — can you tell whether it worked?

Example: resize a folder of images to specified dimensions, then inspect the dimensions and appearance of the results.

Test on a small set of copies first. Keep the originals.

If the check is unclear, defining it is the next task. by @thenewmindai
