POSTS STORIES REELS

Nobody hears the story you tell yourself at 2am.

The one about whether you're capable enough. Whether this is going to work. Whether you're too late or too early or not the right person.

But that story shapes everything your decisions, your energy, your ceiling.

The most successful founders I know didn't have fewer doubts. They had a better story running underneath.

What story are you telling yourself in the dark and is it the one you'd choose if you knew how much it mattered? by @thenickstrand

It’s live. And I’m not gonna lie, this one hits different.

Ten years of asking one question: how do we help people choose their response when everything falls apart?
Not as a theory. As a lived experience.

20 years backstage with some of the biggest acts in the world, learning what pressure really looks like. Losing my mom to cancer. Losing my wife to cystic fibrosis. And then half my face going paralyzed, and having to ask myself if I actually believed any of what I’d been building.

I did. So I kept going.

We hide our real life in someday. We wait for the right time, the right moment, the right version of ourselves. But tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. I learned that the hard way, more than once.
This reel is the result of all of it. The road, the loss, the rebuild. If it resonates, share it with someone who needs it.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this real. You know who you are.

What’s something you’ve been putting off until someday?

I've spent a lot of time around high achievers who are quietly terrified of not doing enough.

Not building enough. Not earning enough. Not becoming enough.

The most important lesson I ever learned about that came from someone who didn't have time to waste.

She didn't chase more. She went deeper. And she was more alive than anyone I've ever met.

What would change about how you're operating today if you truly believed quality mattered more than quantity? by @thenickstrand

20 years building the stage for the world's biggest performers.

In environments where failure was not an option, I watched how elite teams actually work.

And the one thing that stood out every time?

The version of resilience most people talk about is why people are exhausted.

Push harder.
Grind through it.
Power through the pain.

That's not resilience.
That's depletion with a good marketing angle.

Real resilience is a foundation.
Not a force. by @thenickstrand

20 years of touring.

Not one of those names on the wall knew my name.

I built the video walls they performed in front of. The massive screens that made nosebleeds feel like the front row.

20-hour days. Teams I'd never met. Zero margin for error.

And while all of that was happening, I was also losing my wife. Running a company. Surviving a shutdown that took 500 days of work off the calendar.

The pressure wasn't one thing. It was everything. At the same time.

What that taught me is this: you don't find out who you are when things are easy. You find out when the screen goes black and 60,000 people are staring at you.

The stage doesn't wait. Business doesn't wait. Life doesn't wait.

The only question is whether you've been building something that holds before you need it to.

Save this if you need the reminder today. by @thenickstrand

You don't need a better plan.

You need to take the next step
on the plan you have.

The plan only gets better
once you're moving.

Planning longer doesn't improve it.
Running it does. by @thenickstrand

Your team takes the temperature
of the room from you.

Before you speak.
Before you decide.
Before you even know
they're watching.

Attitude isn't a mood.
It's a choice made in advance.

Choose carefully. by @thenickstrand

She never had a platform.

No audience. No followers. No stage.

She just lived with intention, with love, with the kind of authenticity that made everyone around her more alive.

And the ripple from her life is the reason I do what I do. It's the foundation of Choose Your Attitude. It's why I'll spend the rest of my career reaching as many people as I can with this message.

Who in your life has had more impact than they'll ever know and what did they teach you? by @thenickstrand

That morning I woke up drooling, unable to close one eye, panicking that it was a stroke. Turned out to be Bell's Palsy. Scary either way. But it was the moment I stopped assuming I had unlimited time to get around to the things I kept putting off. by @thenickstrand

I wrote the book because no one else could write it from this exact angle.

Every chapter: a decision to go back in.

Not therapy.

Testimony.

The mess is the message.

What have you lived through that you've been keeping cleaner than it actually was? by @thenickstrand

I taped my eye shut every night for weeks. Bell's palsy paralyzed the left side of my face. I couldn't close my eye to sleep. I couldn't drink water without it spilling. Half my face had just stopped working.

I had already lost my mom. I had already lost my wife, Brianna. And I was still moving. But when half my face went paralyzed, life finally said, you are not outrunning this. I had to stop and ask what actually matters.

That's when I understood everything differently. You don't start with attitude. You start with impact. What matters most? Define that first. Then attitude becomes a real decision, not a desperate one.

"Someday" officially died for me that day. Not as a concept. As a reality.

What is the impact that would make everything else worth it? Sit with that question today. by @thenickstrand
