Running in the winter months for women is difficult and means theres less opportunity to run safely alone …

which is why i created The Night Club - a club women can join where we can run safely together before and after work when theres less daylight

Nobu Pilates X The Night Club

Last night we headed out and around Hyde Park returning back @nobupilatesofficial for a stretch session. @pilatesbymarsha and @matteo.cruciani1 put us through our paces and left us feeling recharged.

Last week we celebrated the end of the UK Roadtrip & launch of Lily X Running 🥹
